large upstairs double room with separate en suite and a guest lounge. Lake front recliners right on the lake. Mergansers on the lake and nuthatches in the nesting boxes. Interesting Alaskan stories from this couple. Such a privilege to hear.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Alaska Lakefront B&B. Susan was a great host and was very attentive to make sure we had a nice experience. Her breakfasts were delicious. The house was beautiful and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed the view out to the lake and loved skating on the ice. Can't say enough good things about Susan's hospitality. We felt right at home. Also enjoyed breakfast conversations of Mark's adventures in the Alaska wilderness.

The only reason this bed and breakfast is getting five stars is because we can't give it ten!!! Suzie and Mark We're absolutely the most accommodating and friendly hosts. This charming yellow home is the most peaceful retreat. My husband and I stayed in the blue room with her 7-year-old and she slept on an air mattress which worked great. The views were amazing and we took full advantage of the property by canoeing, playing games in the common room, jumping on the trampoline, eating dinner on the deck and in the morning having Suzie's amazing cooking! This home is close enough to Wasilla for convenience, but far enough away that it feels remote. Amazing hospitality and we wished we could have spent more than the one night!

Susie was a warm and gracious hostess. The view from our bedroom was spectacular, especially during sunrise and sunset. The house was very clean, uncluttered, soothing, and very relaxing.
She gave us choices every morning for breakfast and made it fresh, in front of us! All the while, engaged in conversation, and enjoying our freshly brewed coffee.
I would very much encourage anyone contemplating at staying at a B&B with a lakeside view. To consider staying at Alaska Lakeside B&B.

My family had a wonderful and relaxing stay here. Susie and Mark were fun to talk with, rooms were clean and comfortable, food was delicious! We loved hearing the birds and canoeing on the lake. Highly recommend!

Calling all hunters! This was an absolutely perfect place to stay while awaiting our flight to the bush for moose hunting. Susie makes an absolutely fantastic breakfast and was more than accommodating when it came to our fluid schedule and hunting prep-needs. It was great to have a nice bed and shower with room to do one final gear check in between fishing for rainbows off the dock! Trust me when I tell you, start and end your hunting adventure here!!!

We stayed with Susan at her Alaska Lakefront B&B. Susan was a great host and made an awesome breakfast for all of us. The house was clean, beautiful & nicely decorated.She even had a canoe for us to use.
