I had some winter solstice self care yesterday with the help of Ramona. Her studio was so warm and comfortable on misty wet day with the rain hitting the roof while the ravens were calling in the trees above us. As someone who has many physical ailments, she was accommodating, intuitive, and created a sacred space that a true energy exchange. Her work is vulnerable and connected, she sinks into the rhythm of what your body needs. I came into her space with pain and anxiety and left feeling meditative and euphoric. I slept well for the first time in over a month and I'm looking forward to having her practice in my life. My peripheral and central nervous system thank you for your godly hands.
