My experience was absolutely awesome. The technician was very very professional and explained each time before he moved me in the position needed for the test. It is so important to have such a great quality when your the opposite sex giving the test. We just relocated to the area and both myself and my children are being established here with Adventist Health. My kids see Dr. Abassi, and she is seriously nothing short of AMAZING. Went above and beyond and was so patient. I would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a new provider.

O had telemed visit with my counselor. I miss seeing her in person, but the video visits give me many benefits. I don't have to arrange a ride. I can see her even when I am not feeling well enough to go out or if I am at risk of sharing the wealth when I am possibly contagious. It also reduces my risk of being exposed to whatever is going around. It allows my counselor to see me when she is not quite up to snuff. I can also keep appointments if I am visiting family out of town.
Life has been sending me many challenges lately and having easy access to my counselor is helping me cope with it all while I am working on my PTSD and other issues. The continuity of care and the quality of care and empathy I get from Lori Eiler has been invaluable to me. I consider having the telemed option to be one of the few good things that came out of the COVID Pamdemic. Thank you for continuing it.

Desiree was my technician
She was very nice and she put me at ease. The experience was good. I actually slept more than I normally do. I was done by 9:00 a.m. Much easier than I expected it would be.

Got the needed testing in ER super quick, but then waited 5 hrs for results , in wheelchair in waiting room. Lake County 100% needs a larger hospital and more doctors. My inlaws were also at ER for separate incident involving their 5 yr old needing a couple stitches in face and he was there 16 hrs!!!!!!! I am just in shock. Do better Adventist.

Went to ER for abdominal pain, turned out I needed to get my appendix removed.
The hospital staff were very attentive and cordial, the whole process was quick and smooth. Everything was explained to me clearly. After the procedure my comfort level was excellent, my pain level was tightly managed. The nurses were great.

I had a colonoscopy. Santa Helena Adventist hospital,The nurse and the doctor were all perfect. They made me feel so comfortable. There was nothing difficult. It was perfect. Thank you to everyone....It was my first time taking the test, so I was very worried, but everyone made me feel very comfortable and everyone was very nice. I always wanted to get a Colonoscopy exam done, but I never did because it was uncomfortable. But after doing it this time, I think I did a great job and I'm so happy. I'm so grateful to everyone, the doctors and nurses. It was so good. It's a great hospital..100%👍👍👍❤️
