I had an amazing experience at this store, thanks to Erika! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel so welcome. She was not only friendly but also incredibly patient and helpful, especially as I had my niece with me. Erika took the time to answer all of our questions, and her positive attitude made shopping a breeze. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to find such exceptional customer service, and Erika truly made our visit special. Highly recommend this store and Erika’s fantastic service!

I’ve been ordering tea from Adagio since 2016 and have only had great experiences every time I order. The tea is fantastic and their website is easy to navigate. They keep my order history, preferences and points up to date and apply the points to my order with no hassle, along with any birthday discounts and coupons. My only complaint is that the app never seems to work for me, but I just go to the website and there’s never a problem. Quick delivery and again delicious tea.

I’ve been buying online from Adagio Teas and I love it. Large variety, especially in the area I need which is non caffeinated beverages. While I’m not such a fan of decaffeinated teas like black and green, naturally decaffeinated products such as rooibos, herbs, etc and tisanes are well represented. I also appreciate being able to buy sample sizes as well as large amounts for favorites. The teas are delivered quickly and well packaged. Some accessories seem a bit pricey but most things are good quality. The app is decent and your past purchases and your opinions are stirred for you for future reference. All in all, I recommend them.

i love this place so much, the people here are so nice and the tea selection is amazing!!!! theres so much to choose from. my favorite teas in the world are sold here. also the buy 4 get 1 free deal is so good i literally cant walk out without 5 bags of tea

Showed up 2 separate times (3:20 and 4:30) on two separate days and both times the store was closed during their normal operating hours. The tea is good but it’s too far from the city to have unreliable hours (for me personally). Also I know this is more of a staffing issue than an issue with the service or product. In the end not totally worth it.

Replying to the stores question; I visited around 430-4:40pm on I think Tuesday 4th, and then again today, Tuesday the 11th, around 3:20pm. Thanks for the response!

We love Adagio Teas and when we find ourselves at the Old Orchard Mall we always stop in. The variety of teas that they have are pretty vast for any flavors that you may want to try. They have all different flavors of white, black, green, and herbal teas. We definitely have our favorites but the cool thing about coming into the store is that they can actually make you a hot tea there if you want to try one right then and there. It’s not too bad on the price for the cup of tea and then if you find you like it you can grab a bag of it to make at home.

Rewards
I highly recommend signing up for the rewards program if you drink tea in volume. We have got quite a bit of good stuff with our rewards already. A lot of times we get a mystery or curated sample pack. This gives us a chance to try some new stuff for free essentially and there have been times when we get things before they are in store/at the website in the packs. If you are already going to spend the money on the tea why not get the rewards too!

I have been buying from Adagio teas for years and I love and adore them. The packaging is perfect, and being able to make your own blend gives you a freedom of taste and preference that I have not found anywhere else. And it's cute!!
