The venue itself is great for a concert. Kings of Leon were incredible. Sound was awesome. The only complaint is the price of the parking. With really no close alternatives, they charged $50 per car and I heard up to $60 in close up lots. Pretty much price gouging unfortunately.

Saw ELO on Saturday night and the show was spectacular. The building is new and clean and even though our seats were a ways back, I don't think there was a bad seat in the house.

The parking situation was less than ideal. We got stuck in the parking lot for a half hour. The parking attendants needed to be directing traffic throughout and instead were all bunched up at the entrance and exit. I take a star off for that - especially frustrating when you are trying to hurry to get in to a show that has started while you are stuck. I called the Arena to complain and ask for help. No answer so I left a quick and unhappy message. Within a minute or two they called me back! The nicest woman told me she would check with the parking staff to figure things out and get things moving. They opened up more parking and we finally got a spot. Once we were inside and seated the nice woman called me again to make sure we had made it in. So one star added back for the amazing service.

I know it's tricky with a sold out show and the chaos that comes with it but I still hope they can work with the staff to make parking better. Should have it setup with a staff member on each aisle, in communication with each other, directing people to where they should go for an open spot.

This is a very nice Arena it holds around 11000 people and is great for hockey and all different types of performances and other sports as well

Worst abuse by security ever. Actually came to my seat at halftime to take away my crochet hook! Each security person (lead by Dean Agnoletto) was either trying to bully me one minute, then someone from guest services would try to apologize. Poor training by the arena security management regarding customer service. This event had fewer than 200 people in the whole arena. Their level of boredom and inconsistent application of the printed rules resulted in unnecessary bullying petite women of Asian descent because they felt like they could get away with it. They acted completely differently when my husband came up. Dean acted like a parent guilty of being harsh who did not have the wisdom or the maturity to apologize in a sincere way. He and Sulema actually dismissed me, telling me, “ I’ll let it pass this time, you can go back to your seat and enjoy the game.” Wow, like an abusive father who regrets his words, but isn’t man enough to actually acknowledge that it was mountain out of a molehill. In the past three days, I was at the Rose Bowl for UCLA-USC football and at UCLA’s Pauley Pavilion, where there were over 13K for the UCLA WBB game against So. Carolina. This sad empty stadium is pathetic in their racist treatment of Asians was such a letdown. Don’t come here, because they do not care about you or your fan experience. Angelina, the Director of Guest Services, said she would refund my tickets as we left after they reduced me to tears and a migraine. I could tell she did not really mean it when she casually said, email and ask.

I've seen several bands here and it's a great venue! Expensive to purchase food and drinks but I guess that's expected. Most seats are great seats and the sound system is incredible!

1st time visiting this arena. We went for the Chicago / Earth Wind and Fire concert. The sound system was pretty good. We all enjoyed the experience. Parked in lot B...easy in and out.

I went to Acrisure to see Eric Clapton perform in Palm Springs. The location is easy to find, and all of the staff was very pleasant. I was talking with an usher that the person next to me wouldn't stop talking, and he helped me find a better seat! I'm not going to lie, the sound isn't great in this hockey arena, so make sure you are close to the stage if you want to hear the show better.
