We had a lovely stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located just a stone's throw from the airport. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to be kind and helpful. After our long trip back from Europe, my partner and I appreciated this hotel as a great place to ease into the new time zone.

However, I did encounter a significant issue with the restaurant. Unfortunately, there were a lot of gnats and fruit flies that made dining there quite unpleasant. I was disappointed because we had anticipated enjoying meals at the hotel since we didn't have a car. Itโ€™s unfortunate that this experience overshadowed an otherwise wonderful stay.

Stayed here for a work trip as my office was in the area. Proximity to the office + airport was awesome. Fast check in and check out. Friendly staff.

Housekeeping comes every other day but are available on request too.

Rooms were really nice and well maintained. Water pressure felt on the lower end and had an ant problem in the washroom that they took care of.

The hotel bar (AC Lounge) is a decent spot to hang with some cool drinks and decent bites.

Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would stay again!

This typically one of our favorite hotels while visiting from NY. However, during our last night at the hotel, an unpleasant incident occurred a day after Christmas on 12/26/2024 at around 4:35pm. Upon entering the restaurant dining area, one of the male wait staffs dressed in black, around the age of in his 50s greeted us obnoxiously. His tone, volume, and demeanor was offensive and condescending. He noted the machines are not operating and taking only cash and can be charged to the hotel room. After we acknowledged acceptance to the conditions, then he patronizing asked if we stayed at the hotel. Firstly, why would any reasonable person with manners and etiquette ask such a question. If we disagreed with the information he provided, we would have spoken up. Not only did we acknowledged in the aforementioned that we did not have any problems charging to the room or paying cash, but still asked us if we are staying at the hotel is inappropriate. We find actions to not only be offensive, but condescending and lacking any training in manners and hospitality. This is one incident that occurred this evening, but another incident happened on the same day in the morning around 9:50am on 12/26/2024, where a lady wait staff, dressed in black in her 50s, also spoked to us in an ill mannered way. We had asked for four fruit platters. She raised her voice telling us there are no strawberries and blueberries if that is ok. We then asked if we she add one apple and one orange, she declined our initial request. When we came back for the fruit platters, I again asked her is it too much to ask for if she can add the above items given they ran out of the other items. She then reluctantly gave us an apple and orange. We asked the restaurant dining staff to be trained in etiquette and hospitality and use common sense and respect the patrons that actually sustain their employment. Is it a too much to ask to speak to customers politely and not greet customers with a harsh and hostile tone. We been coming to this hotel since inception of it opening and I find the service has been deteriorating and primarily in the dining area. We ask management to evaluate the staffsโ€™ behavior in how they treat customers or are they discriminating how they treat certain customers based on certain biased opinions. Please educate the named staffs noted above in manners, etiquette, and courtesy to be amicable and pleasant to all customers.

If you need to do an overnight by the San Francisco airport, this is your place. My room is fantastic big lots of light. The bed is super comfortable. Because Iโ€™m really here as an overnight with the airport I just ate dinner here late last night and breakfast here this morning and they were both really good. I have literally never included hotel food in my reviews and this place is turning it out. They had a great soundtrack playing and a beautiful view of the water. Lots of charging stations for EVs.

Overall just a great experience. The staff was super friendly, the room was great. When the TV did not turn on, the front staff sent someone to fix it within 5 minutes. I slept like a baby, which was what I was looking for right before my international flight.

A special shoutout to Ben at the front desk. He helped with checking out and getting airport transportation as well as going above and beyond finding some AA batteries that I needed. Thanks so much!

I hope to be back soon. ๐Ÿ™‚

Average in every possible way: Rooms are fine, but there's minimal storage space; I don't think it would be enough for 2 people. The view of the marina is stunning, though. It's located in a corporate park, surrounded by offices; so super convenient if you're working, but very far from anything else. The restaurant is decent although the menu is quite limited.

Check in went in very smooth and very quick. Hotel was upfront about any extra fees (parking). Went into the room and everything was clean and spotless. The 12pm check out is also super nice and if I had the opportunity to return, I will definitely come back! Thank you to the staff for being so friendly, and making sure my stay was great.

Rooms were modern cozy and comfy. Kids love indoor pool. Sibling loves gym sessions. Food service at restaurant was great. Ordered late for the kids and had no issues and was accommodated. Front desk agents were professional and wonderful.
