I had a 11am meeting to view the facility and talk about options and accommodations for our upcoming wedding. Waited till 11:15 and no one had showed up. Called down to Johnny's and was met with a terse response that someone would be on there way. There was no apology or any kind of concern that our time was wasted. Since we had another appointment we couldn't wait and the man just said fine and hung up. No offer to reschedule. It was a rather off putting experience.

I booked my wedding with Abbey Station for January 2018. Their affiliation was with Bridges Catering at the time, and they recently changed caterers to Johnny's Steakhouse. Neither Abbey Station nor Johnny's planned on informing me of the change. The new caterer would not honor my contract and caused me to have to change my reception venue a month before my wedding. I tried to reach out to Abbey Station's owner about this mess but he will not return my calls. Definitely would not recommend as Abbey Station clearly has no concern for their community and is only concerned with making new business deals.
