I came in for a massage yesterday. This was my first time with Touch of Hope and I was excited. After my masseuse asked what kind of pressure I liked (I said medium, I emphasized definitely not hard), we got started. The first 10 minutes were good and then it quickly became harder and harder with what felt like her thumb being dug in (very pointed, not smooth). I didn’t say anything because I kept hoping it would get better but once she got to my neck I was wincing (but it was close to the end at this point). This was the furthest thing from a relaxing massage and I’m in pain today in my neck and shoulders where she was so aggressive.

Had a great massage, but was horrified that the massage therapist thought it was appropriate to bring up politics unprovoked during the treatment. Even when I tried to change the subject by saying I wasn’t into politics, she kept on. Not the relaxing experience I wanted and definitely will not ever be back because of it. I don’t care what side of the aisle y’all are on, but be professional and keep your views to yourself when someone you don’t know is paying for a service that’s completely unrelated to politics. Yikes.

It's been a few weeks since my first visit to Touch Of Hope Spa. I went for a massage for my spasming back. Tracy was my massage therapist and I'm so glad she was! She has a lot of experience in pain management massage and did a great job in only a 30 minute session. I'll definitely be back!

Cari gives the most incredible massages- I have been a client of hers for over a year, and she never disappoints! She is so caring and sweet. I have also switched over to Grace for my esthetician, and she is fabulous as well.

I am new to the area and had my lashes put on by Grace. They immediately started falling off the next day and continued. I followed instructions with still no success. I decided rather than having them “fixed” I wanted them removed. I can not believe I was charged today to have the remaining lashes removed. Very disappointing and will
Never return.

We only gave 5 stars because that’s the most stars Google allows. The massage therapists at Touch of Hope Spa have given the absolute best massages I have ever received- they find knots and tender spots that you don’t even know are there until they find and conquer them. They are the sweetest staff that one can only be fortunate enough to have take care of their sore muscles, achey feet and make you feel like a whole new (and extremely relaxed) person. What started out as me going alone has become a regular couples appointment for me and my husband both & we are here to stay!
