I had a wonderful experience at the Salt Cave last week. The waiting area in A Relaxed You was decorated nicely for the holidays and I loved looking at their selection of soaps and lotions. The receptionists were very kind and provided us with information about the Salt Cave and what to expect. Upon entering the Salt Cave, we were allowed to take multiple blankets as needed and put our belongings in a safe locker. The experience was so relaxing, and the perfect length of time. I felt like I was floating in the zero-gravity chairs. I look forward to coming back!

I had the most amazing experience at A Relaxed You! The receptionist was lovely! She was warm and welcoming! She took the time to explain the salt cave and the process, she met me afterwards, asked me how it was. She is a true gem!
I had an anti-aging facial that was beyond amazing! I believe her name was Kayle (I apologize if I have that incorrect) She was warm and welcoming as well. She asked me questions about my skin care routine and took the time and patience to listen. Her facial process was just heavenly! Thank you both for such an amazing experience! I will definitely be back!

First time in and wow!!! Tyler does a great job and explains everything in detail. I booked a 60 minute Swedish and I appreciate that they give complimentary hot packs for first timers. Already have my next one booked, I’m looking forward.

Received a gift certificate for this place back in January. I've been trying to get a weekend appointment for over two and a half months. I'm always met with the same response. We're hiring new staff. I'm finally giving up on booking an appointment. Just a very disappointing experience

I had my first ever facial with Kailey, and I was super impressed with her and the whole establishment! The atmosphere was warm, welcoming and relaxing. Kailey did a wonderful job walking me through the process of changing and preparing for the facial before she came in the room. The facial itself was lovely, and the different textures, applicators and products felt really nice. I felt like I got a lot out of the experience for the price and wish I lived closer to do this more often! Kailey also made product recommendations based on my specific skin type and concerns, but did not pressure me into a purchase at all. I also appreciated that I didn’t feel pressured into tipping because that has become such a norm in society today. Overall, the staff was very professional and accommodating. I HIGHLY recommend!

My wife and I had appointments for a massage and facial at the location in Palos Heights a couple of weeks ago. We both took off of work that day only to be called the day of the appointment about 3 hours before said massage and facial appointments that both workers had to cancel last minute due to family obligations.
I understand that family emergencies happen, but to have our massage and facial canceled hours before our appointments, and not even get an offer for a percentage off of our next massage/facial is pretty poor policy. The girl we spoke to said we can just come in the following Friday. The problem is my wife and I can’t take off of work every Friday. I heard good things about this location, but am turned off by the fact that both appointments were canceled hours before the scheduled time, and no reciprocity was offered. We aren’t looking for free massages/facials out of this review. Just wanted to vent a little.
