Absolutely horrendous, I have never had service this bad before, I understand why we must support small businesses especially with how expensive the cost of living is now. But this is horrible work, not only are my nails crooked, they’re not fully cured the next day, they’re thin, missing acrylic powder on the sides and were not properly filed. The nail tech cut me multiple times, used the same nail file she used on the client before me and who knows how many others, the work station was dirty and unsanitary. They also have stickers on the door stating that they took card there but when asked if they took credit cards told us they were cash only.

Will never return. It started off normal. I asked for a gel pedicure. She said $50. I was expecting $40-$45 so I was not too surprised. I picked white for my toes. 1st thing, when cleaning my cuticles, she cut my skin. I said ouch and she said sorry. When it came to the color it looked horrible. I asked if she could redo my toe since it was bumpy. She asked for her coworker to translate, he asked what was wrong I said sorry can you have her redo my toe it is bumpy. He translated seemed annoyed and took all the polish off my toes. She went back to filing and cutting around my toes. I told her she didn’t have to do everything over just the toe. She didn’t understand and kept cutting. She made me bleed. I said ‘OUCH!!’ she didn’t look up and did a worse job than before. I asked the guy if I can pick a different color since the white just seemed like old polish he said yes and asked if I wanted him to do it. I said yes please. She kept doing my nails and went back to cutting my toe. I said please stop. She didn’t. When she painted my toes, my big toe stung so bad. It was bleeding bad. I had to yell to please stop and started to cry. The guy asked what is wrong I said I just want to leave please and showed my toe. I said I was diabetic and don’t want to catch an infection because of my cute and just wanted to leave. The guy was sorry and said I didn’t have to pay. I left crying.

I was nervous going here after reading the other reviews but my normal nail tech was fully booked and I had a painful nail needing fixing and a whole new set and fortunately for my friend and I, our experience was nothing like these others I've heard. They were able to get us both in right away and they have soooo many glitter tip options available, it's so hard to choose from. The people were nice and cleaned and sanitized before and after each person. Only reason I didn't give them a 5 star this time was because the woman kept going from me to another person and left me waiting awhile and once she almost forgot to change brushes, (going from the other woman's toes to my nails)I noticed and mentioned it and she quickly switched to a new one and apologized only happened once it could've been an honest mistake, they were busy but still. My advice just Pay close attention if u go there.

For anyone who gets their brows waxed in Clearlake, DO NOT GO TO FINEST NAILS (14085 Lakeshore Dr, Clearlake, CA, 95422). I stopped by yesterday afternoon and asked the only woman in there if I could get my brows done. She asks me to hurry over to her station, so I do. I lay down on the table and hear her plugging something in, which I assume was the wax warmer. I am not sure if there is a limit to how many times you can reapply hot wax on the same area within a certain time frame, but this lady went all in on my right eyebrow. She applied the wax and used the strip on the bottom portion of my right brow at least 4 times in a row, that I could count of. Yes, it was uncomfortable, but I assumed it was just sore from her pulling the wax strips off repeatedly. When she was done, I checked my brows and the right one was a bit red and tender, but that’s not abnormal for me. So I head home, assuming the irritation would go away shortly. Fast forward several hours later, and the redness and tenderness was actually the result of her burning the area between my eyebrow and eyelid. First pic was 5 minutes after service was rendered, and as you can see, it just continued to get progressively worse through out the night. I will be stopping by once they open this morning to show them and speak with them. I went in the following day and no one could help me due to a language barrier. The woman in the shop called someone to translate and I was told that my skin was just sensitive, to which I tried to explain the eyebrow/upper eyelid area was actually burned, not just irritated. I was then asked what it was that I wanted, if I wanted her to re-do my eyebrows, which would be impossible without causing more damage. I advised them it was not my responsibility to right their wrong, considering I was not the business owner. The woman who I tried to explain the situation to in person almost touched the open wounds after she had literally just been touching another customer’s foot when I walked in. They refused to take any accountability, only denying that my skin was burned, and that it would be fine within a couple of days.

Made an appointment for 2 pm for two people to get pedicures and manicures. Got there and he said he wouldn’t be ready for quite sometime and he was the only person in there just starting on someone’s nails.
I asked if he was the only person working and he said yes. Why would you book a 2 person appointment at 2 when you do not have the right amount of staff to accommodate that? Also the place was super dirty. The nail clippings were all over the pedicure seats. Would not recommend at all.
