Absolutely worst massage place I have ever been to. I felt like I paid someone to torture me. The massage was hurtful. After saying multiple times to reduce pressure, the lady got frustrated, then started rubbing only. No massage skill at all. I even felt like leaving the appointment without finishing it, couldn't do it out of politeness.
At the beginning of the appointment, they asked for cash payment and I paid only the service fee and thought to pay tips after the service based on service quality. At the end of the service, the lady at counter said "you forgot her tips". I had no intention to tip at all as I hated the service. But the counter lady and the lady who gave massage both were looking at me and repeated " you forgot her tips". I am like, okay, you could ask how was the service and if I would like to add any tips, but what kind of language is that? Total waste of my money and precious time. I came home super frustrated and angry.
I saw a similar review before and totally regret not believing that.

I went with my boyfriend, and it was an amazing experience! The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a cute fireplace that added to the calm and cozy atmosphere. The massage therapists were incredibly skilled and professional – truly above and beyond! We left feeling so relaxed and are already planning to come back many more times. Highly recommended!

It's not great. Not horrible, but they are always nice, but unfortunately the massage quality is bad. Location is good for locals. Unfortunately they always massage your bones, not your muscles. And it's not much of a massage, it's just skin rubbing, not addressing the issues. It is relaxing when the bones aren't rubbed honestly and it's just ok, but the bones rubbing is bad. The interactions are good, the muscle massaging is bad/ok, and the communication is not great either. Last time we went we asked for foot and body massage one hour, 40 min body and 20 min foot. They spent 59min on the body and 1 minute on the feet. It's was communicated but not executed. Been a few times now and it's nice to potentially not have a sketchy foot spa, but the quality of technical service isn't worth it. We find places for half the cost and double the consistency of quality. Hope it gets better soon.

Love this place!! Tucked away off of Treat it is a hidden treasure. I always get the full body massage. They give a cash discount too! I like a deep tissue and Erin is the best. I’ve been coming here for years and it never disappoints!
