Nice staff and location. Highway noise is rather loud. Nice pool and hot tub. No fitness room as on the web site. The breakfast bar is a D- grade. No hot food, pastries first 3 days of week, limited fruit, have to ask for yogurt, juices. If out of things, go to the grocery store.

By far the worst comfort inn in the country.
Never anyone at the desk, but they have a kiosk so anyone in the building gets to hear your information. The suite has two TVs only one worked the "sofa" is closer to a park bench. I stood at the front door for over 30 min trying to get in to check in. Then later in the week I locked myself out and waited literally almost an hour for security to get me a key this place is AWFUL! Spend the extra dollar or drive the extra mile DO NOT STAY HERE

Rooms were disgusting. Broken furniture. Lights completely ripped off the wall. Something red in color stained on walls. Mold I shower, shower head would squirt ware everywhere from back if you attempted to move it. No phone in the room. Screws popping out of ceiling right over the bed. Cracks all over the floor that collected anything that blew in from gap under door. They allow people to sit right outside the door where you go to breakfast and bring big bongs and smoke pot with children going in and out of that door just 5 feet from the entrance.

Great place to stop and stay. Nice clean rooms and prices aren't to bad. No ice machine .Real close to all kinds of fast food restaurants and the freeway.

After I checked in, I was told that there was no TV. I had requested a ground floor so they hurriedly cleared out room but it was not cleaned. Dirty wet washcloths in the shower. Used coffee filter was still in the coffee machine. Extremely disappointed in the service.

Positive: "" Negative: Nothing. No breakfast like your website mention. No cable meaning no TV. Double charge me for my deposit. I need my money back. It was a nightmare. Sour milk in their fridge.

In 2022 my room was broke in to Iafter I PAIN for the fay at 9am or so I went straight back to my room noticed my back pack a BUK Back pack gone family harilooms gone went straight back a young lady was working I notified her mde police report no fays later the guard I saw removing cameras a ove my broke indoors. Niw 2024 that same guard rambles through my room 7 fays or so after my check intdate he tell me I have to vacate as he call APD and te them as I leave on 12/25/24 officersse me and say Teino Stingley you have a warrent how do you know who I am I did not identify myself a well as when I asked them to get my property by bush I placed there do to a comfort in. Guard I get slamed to ground ant taken to jail where I could of got killed do to lies being speeded through antioch ca this guard have a way of controlling people mind but not mines God Is protecting us from evil Gard i as wellas motel need to be investigated for using informational out customers that have checked in with debit cards credit cards I do to a charge on my account and while talking to rep she said something that drew great concern about a room I never Sud
