Clean, accommodating with wonderful management team!! My 75-year-old mother moved in a few years ago. Lynn Alexander immediately made her feel at home and has continued to be professional, caring, and simply wonderful. The unit was fresh and clean and grounds are very well kept. The pool is nice as well. There are grass areas and a playground too! It is also a great place if you have pets (dog park on site). It is directly across from a very nice shopping center that has all you could ask for. Safeway, CVS, and every type of restaurant you can think of. Crossroads has many great features. I highly recommend this place!!

I lived for 3 years almost. The staff has been very help. They followed up on complaints. The maintenance crew came and fixed the issue in a timely manner.

I moved here from Southern California, not knowing anything about the area. I really lucked out when I contacted Crossroads. They accept pets (even have a dog park) and the apartments are a good size - very comfortable. It's a friendly community and quiet, which was important to me. There is a full-time maintenance staff and the property manager is incredibly helpful. I had a knee injury a couple of years after moving in and she got me moved into a downstairs apartment, which was so appreciated. So, I've been here for five years and don't anticipate moving. I love it!

best apartments in concord! fiancé and I moved in May this year and everything could not be more perfect. our apartment is spacious- definitely a lot of room. our neighbors are amazing and everyone is so nice & quiet atmosphere! the only “noisy” times is when there’s a party at the pool or just people hanging out by there and even then everyone is respectful and aren’t out for too long. dog friendly- everyone picks up after their dogs so the complex is never gross or dirty. huge shoutout to maintenance- they do a great job, friendly and always checking in to make sure everything is good. the leasing staff is also energetic and nice- they made moving in such a breeze! hesitant to write a review about how good it is just because this is truly the best kept secret in concord! the trees all around keep the complex cool & parking is great! even if you don’t have one close to your apartment, there is always some a couple spots down and the walk is nice.

The apartment homes at Crossroads are very pretty and well-designed. Management and maintenance have always responded quickly, professionally, and even gone above expectations when needed. We have a great community, beautiful pool, nice laundry facility, pretty gardens and grass areas, large bbq area, and a cute dog play area.

Since I got here on military duty and actually before, ronnette has helped me tremendously. They accepted my truck from the shippers and parked in my spot for me. When I finally physically got here they were even better in person. Thank you Crossroads staff for the wonderful welcome. Couldn't have picked a better and convenient spot.

To add ,Gustavo from maintenance is on the ball. Very fast and efficient. Has a great attitude and speaks to make sure I'm ok. Always ask if I need anything. Keep up the good work. Thanks

I am very happy to have chosen Crossroads as my apartment while living Concord. The staff was very professional and attentive, and the apartment was very clean and had updated appliances. The amenities of a pool and grill were also a plus, I'd recommend them to anyone living in the area.
