Zee is the best receptionist and needs A RAISE! I see that she’s a hard working women with good customer service. She was going to go on her break and had the right to not help me/check me in but being the sweet person she is, she checked me into my room in less than 5 minutes. This hotel is also clean and welcoming. 10/10 recommend

Had a very late check in, the gentleman at the counter said I would have to wait until the night audit was done and that could take an hour or two. It was already after midnight. He could see I was upset. I didn't argue with him or give him a bad time. Long story short David was able to get me my room I had booked at 11:50pm. He was very nice and accommodating. I have stayed at this property several times and the staff is always amazing. The rooms are clean they all have a kitchenette and you can get dishes/cookware ect from the front desk. There is a microwave, 2 burner stove and frig/freezer. You can watch cable TV, relax in the recliner or do your laundry. I feel safe here and I have never had any issues with loud neighbors. Parking can be tight but there is a huge parking lot for the other 5 or 6 business in this area. The breakfast is not that great. Very limited, coffee, hot tea, hot chocolate, packaged oatmeal with limited choices, nutra grain bars that usually seem hard & bite size chocolate or blueberry muffins. No juice no fruit no yogurt... This breakfast could use an up grade.

Sal was absolutely amazing, as well as Gary & Adam. I was having issues with my card when I first checked in, and Sal was extremely patient with me. He didn’t make me feel rushed or overwhelmed(which I already was) he made sure I had my parking pass and gave me a rundown of amenities, WiFi, dishes, laundry etc. Gary did the same when I met him. Thankful for these guys, they really make me feel welcomed.

Great place to stay!! Stayed here for only one night and the staff was very friendly. Check in was quick and easy, room was very clean when I entered. I am a bit picky on what the washroom usually looks like, but this was cleaned thoroughly and looked as nobody else previously was here. Thank you Extended

Due to a fire at the Martinez Refinery we had to grab our dogs and look for a place to stay. We arrived and Sal was able to navigate us into a suitable room within a few minutes. The room was clean and spacious. Thank you Sal - we appreciate the help!

Positive: I like this hotel for how close it is to BART transportation, plus the fact that all the rooms have kitchens in them makes it more affordable to visit the Bay Area, and it's also easy access and walking distance Negative: 1) In 2024, a nationwide hotel shouldn't have beds that awful to sleep in. I couldn't switch sides without the whlle mattress moving. 2) Only one burner on the stovetop was working and it stayed hot for ten minutes after the burned was turned off.

The rooms were nice and what we needed. There was an issue with our room and they took care of it promptly. They gave us extra towels and were very nice. Wonderful service and great stay

Positive: The front desk staff were very welcoming. Negative: There was no hot water. It only got like warm. The counter tops had various kinds of stains everywhere and there were corrosion spots in the kitchen and bathroom.
