The staff here is professional, welcoming, and helpful. Husband and I stayed in a clean and spacious one bedroom suite, everything in the room was great, even the iron worked well! We were steps from the elevator and our room had a lovely bright view of the pool and parking area. Tons of hangars for my clothes. Yay! The daily included breakfast is a buffet bar that also offers delicious custom fresh omelets. We really enjoyed the omelets, and I would grab an apple or orange for later. Parking is included and plentiful. Walking distance to many restaurants, a theater, and some shops. Easy access to the freeway for travel. When I travel alone to this area, I get a junior suite or may be called a king suite now. It has everything you need, too. Great location, great staff, great place!

Excellent stay! Hyatt House PH was amazing from check-in to check-out. Parking was free & accessible. Room was amazing as advertised and incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and delicately assembled by an attentive crew of ladies that made sure there was an abundance of tasty options.

Famous last words as I walked away from the front desk, "I'll see you next time." Thats says it all.

Do not stay at this hotel. The front desk is very understaffed. Trying to check in I had to wait about 20 min while the only person working the desk ran up to do something with a room. He was nice when he finally got back to check me in but admitted that he needed another person there to help him. We finally got checked in and settled into our room when some strangers opened our door with the room key card they were just given. We were in bed. The people stated that the front desk must have given them the wrong room key cards. When I went down to the desk to complain to the desk he had a person he was taking care of and was also in the phone. He paused to ask if I needed something and I explained what happened and that I needed to talk to him. He said he was going to be awhile on the phone and he would call me. When I got back to my room my key card wouldn’t open my door. Luckily my husband had stayed behind in the room. We were afraid to both leave it at the same time as someone might come into our room while we were gone. My husband took the key cards back down to the desk and demanded new cards and complained to the desk clerk. The clerk explained that while he went on a break the manager of the hotel took his place and gave these people our room. He said it was a computer glitch. We got two new reprogrammed cards. The desk person apologized and was very nice but this place is not run well. To think that the manager would put another party in a room that is already occupied is inexcusable. I will never stay here again.

We had a 2 bedroom king suite and it was very spacious and comfortable. The suite was well stocked and clean. Full size refrigerator/freezer was very handy along with microwave, cook top and dishwasher. There was a full bath in both bedrooms. 3 big screen televisions. One in every room. The suite was very quiet, never heard anyone or anything. Parking is free. The breakfast is very nice. The stay has exceeded expectations!

Had a great time at the Hyatt beautiful facility. Staff was super friendly. The elevator left some things to be desired, but other than that the entire sale was wonderful. Hope to return again in the future.

Great service, especially from Hardeep! He answered all of our questions and helped guide us to things nearby. Room was lovely, had a strong AC, very clean, and comfortable beds. Right across the street from lots of food options and a couple different shopping centers, of which we walked to day and night and always felt safe. Came for business, would return for pleasure.

PROs: The king suite was spacious for two people. The staff are friendly. ||||CONs: - The breakfast area was crowded and they ran out of scrambled eggs both mornings. ||||- We had some loud guests on our floor, the security team asked them to quiet down, but they continued to be loud from 10pm-4am, making it hard to sleep.

Terrible stay overall||- called in 3 times, placed on hold and hung up on by Anton, even after confronting him over the phone||- called 6 more times, no one answered the phone||- when we arrived, our requests made 24 hours prior to check in were not fulfilled (basic things like extra pillows, top floor/quiet room)||- woke up to 18 wheelers and garbage trucks at 5am||- room was disgusting, stains everywhere, cheap materials||||I will never stay here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Pay the extra money and go to the Marriott in Walnut Creek if you're desperate for a hotel in the nearby area.
