This place is called OMEO now. Great location right on the lake. In Unit 8 you can literally fish off of your back patio. There are docks and a launch ramp. A cute little boat house on the pier has a fireplace. The place is RUSTIC and could use some proper maintenance so if you're into bougie accommodations I'd look elsewhere. The price is very reasonable though, especially for a private bungalow on the lake.

This place is right next to the water which is great but upon arriving the tables and chairs outside had bird feces on them to the point they looked like they hadn't been washed in months. There were cobwebs everywhere like nobody has stayed there for awhile. There was left over food in the microwave from the previous person and still coffee in the coffee pot and filter. I would never recommend this place to anyone or stay here ever again. She charged us 400 for 2 nights and we only stayed one because it was so bad I couldn't stay another night. Don't sleep on the pull out bed unless you want the worst night sleep of your life.

This place gave me and my family the worst treatment ever. We rented all their cottages, hoping to have a great family experience. One member of our family got there a day before the rest. She felt as though we was tricked from the pictures. She was told no refunds. My aunt was so disgusted she nearly got back on the plane and flew home. The place from the outside had spider webs and dirt all over the place. Its seriously needs to be pressure hosed from the outside all over.||||This is only where the problems start. In my beach house cottage the power and stove went out. They stated its a DFI switch or something like that, nevertheless after having a "employee who can fix it." They couldn't find her, she went home. So I had to wait to finish cooking. After about 2 hours they magically came back on. This seems as though its been a ongoing problem from the way they made it sound.||||Another one of my aunts had to wait for her unit to be painted 3 hours past check it. Yes I said painted! Who paints a unit same day of check in? Well later I find out they had a squatter who wouldn't leave dying there. the place smelled so bad they had to paint it to remove the smell. They wouldve been better off not renting the unit till it was complete. My aunt had to try and sleep there with paint fumes and she has asthma.||||Lastly mother and I was hanging out till midnight. When it was time for her to goto bed, she discovers her unit flooded from the AC. Her Bedding was soaked. They did come and mop it up and give new bedding. They literally gave the new bedding to my mom. My mother is handicap, the guy claims he has never maid a bed before. My mother could've slipped or gotten electrocuted, the offered no help. Here is the worst part they offered a $50 discount for the trouble. Moral of the story is NEVER got there. They need new owners and management that gives a dam.

#8 was a very cozy and quaint cottage. It looked recently renovated. Our dog loved the fenced yard and eating the grass. She has very little experience with grass as she has lived most of her life in the desert. If you ever find yourself in Clear Lake you'll find the Blue Fish Cove Resort a very comfortable, relaxing place to stay. It was fun watching Ohio State beat up Wisconsin while glancing out at the lakes splendor.

My Family and I including 2 small children contacted Blur Cove Resort at the last minute looking for two waterfront rooms. The owner and her daughter went above and beyond to get is two adjoining cabins ready and clean.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. The view was amazing and we got some good fishing in off the pier. My oldest son who is almost 4 really enjoyed the grassy area including basketball and the game room. He enjoyed fishing with his dad off the pier too.

We will be booking our next large family gathering here and cannot wait to return. This is one of the best resorts we have stayed at in Clearlake and we have been coming up from SF for years.

We spent a few weekdays there, and it was great. We stayed at the Lake House cabin - it is comfy, and has a lovely terrace with lake view and bbq grill. The resort has a fishing pier with a wind shelter and fire pit, boat launch ramp, boat pier. I enjoyed fishing, while my partner was using the resort's wifi to work. Overall, we had a nice getaway, would definitely do it again.

The room was specious with great amenities, but it was not clean. The resort was really nice once, but needs a lot of renovation. ||Be careful!! After midnight, someone typed the correct code into the keypad and entered our room! Fortunately we woke up and yelled, and the person awkwardly said they are housekeeping, which of course makes no sense at midnight. It is unclear what was happening, but nobody should have had the key and access to our room. We felt unsafe and would not stay here again, especially given the area is sketchy overall

I have been coming here for 3 years and I love it. I come here and immediately I want to shut off my phone (after I take pics of the amazing views). It has everything you need. Great rooms, awesome staff, amazing views and a variety of activities you can plan. Jump in the lake, fishing, kayak, play horseshoes, BBQ you can do it all.
I would recommend this place to anyone looking for that hidden gem.
