Second time staying here. Great hotel. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast is much better than other equivalently-priced hotels, and they start it at 5:30 am which is excellent if you want to get on the road early or want that first cup of coffee. All the staff are friendly and professional. I also love the feral cats. I highly recommend this hotel.

Driving from the Bay Area to San Diego, we stopped here for one night because our regular go/to hotel was undergoing renovation. We really enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean, staff was warm, friendly and helpful. Good selection of hot breakfast items. Nice to be greeted in the morning by friendly breakfast attendant! Thank you Best Western staff!

The rooms were very clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The motel even provided two complimentary water bottles in the refrigerator, which was a thoughtful touch. The hot breakfast was a highlight—well-stocked and frequently refilled. They served scrambled eggs, chorizo con huevo, Jojo potatoes, and potatoes O’Brien. The salsa was a bit too spicy for me, but my husband absolutely loved it!

Cheaper and small hotel,yes. But great service, good breakfast and clean rooms for a decent price. Couldn't ask for more when you're passing through and hit bad weather. It was a nice stay and they offer a military discount for AD at least that I know of.

Too many cats around motel and poop everywhere on grass u can’t even step anywhere without having poop on ur shoe. I felt like if the front desk ppl were a bit rude especially manager very unprofessional of her. Ignore the customers because their too busy gossiping in a circle behind front desk. This was at the Best Western at Coalinga Ca, Dorris ave.

It was so nice to arrive here after a long drive and being greeted at the front desk. Thanks for the snack. And then we were greeted by the cat family on the grounds. Fun to watch the kittens frolic in the evening. Appreciated that the pool was open late(traveling during a heatwave) and I was able to take a dip. Room was good and very quiet.

This best western is strategically located between Los Angeles and San Francisco. It is the only place off the Highway 5 that anyone should consider staying. Harris Ranch restaurant is just across the freeway for an excellent dinner.

Room was clean, landscaping was nicely taken care of, front desk staff was friendly and they delivered a travel crib to our room for our baby! Appreciated the hospitality!
