I've stayed here previously, which is why I came back. The room was fantastic - very clean, with nice beds and bedding. No complaints there. The rates were much higher this time - with our pet fee it was over $300/night. The problem was the amount of noise that came in through the roof, and each neighboring wall. This was the loudest hotel I've EVER stayed in. I think it's due to the wood flooring that was put in - every footstep echoes, and people's voices and their TV's echo. The faucets in the bathtub emit a piercing high-pitched whistle - and when the guest above us turned on the shower around midnight, it sounded like a smoke alarm was going off. we both jumped up alarmed. We could hear a dog barking intermittently until about 2am - I spoke with the owner of the dog the next day and she apologized and said it was because they could hear so much noise from our neighbors, which I totally understand. The front desk staff was a bit cool- didn't get warm and fuzzy vibes and they definitely did not ask how my stay was when I checked out. I asked if there was any flexibility with the 11am checkout and they said nope. They weren't rude, but also weren't friendly. I don't think we will return.

Fabulous location on Dry Creek Road- we last stayed here 5 years ago, and the hotel has been split; The Lodge now runs the South Building as a separate hotel. We missed the formerly included breakfast, but it's still a good place to relax.

At about 6pm my wife wanted to take a shower and the water didn't work. The front desk said they had plumbing issues and they had to turn off water in this hotel. At about 8 pm the hotel front desk said they would turn the water back on for a short time so we could use the bathroom. At about 850pm a woman from desk knocked on our door and said the water is on to 9 pm. A plumber wouldn't be back to repair the water system until the morning. She also said if we had to use a bathroom at night we could walk to another hotel next door. The guys at the front desk said they couldn't give us a refund until the Manager came in at 8am. At 4am we packed up our car and left this health hazard hotel. We found a Starbucks in town open at 4am.

Nice place but plumbing failed and electricity outage during our stay. |The plumbing was on them - purely a maintenance issue. They gave a refund. |Electrical outage was half the town but who doesn’t have a back up generator? Again they refunded. |Hard to prep for the wedding in the dark and no water.

I wish I could rate it higher. Their website is a bit misleading, showing photos of amenities they don’t actually have. I would give 3.5 stars if possible. It’s nice for a Best Western. Staff were helpful and friendly. But, there were smashed dead bugs on the walls in our shower and a stray hair or two in our bed… the heater smelled mildewed.. but the rooms were clean enough other than that and decorated cute. I think the cost is a tad high for what it is but it was a good enough stay.

The nice room was spoiled by listening to our neighbor's TV as loud as if it were in our own room. This went on for hours. The walls did nothing to suppress the sounds from other rooms and from outside. We will not stay here again. We'll choose another place next time.

Edit: in your reply to me you note that I was just charged for a single reservation. I will remind you my parents and I showed up and you did not have an ADA compliant room that would work for our circumstance. Why on earth would you charge me anything when we arrived and you did not have anything we could use? we are one reservation in thousands, the proper thing to do would’ve been to refund it entirely because as circumstances were, you could not provide us with a room which would safely accommodate my father.

Used the online reservation to get an ADA room. Descriptions were vague and unclear, my ADA reservation for a no-step shower with bars was instead some type of medical lift? When we arrived, they had no ADA rooms and still charged me a no-show fee despite the fact we were there, and they had nothing my father could manage. Staff was kind, but I was still charged $300 for this and we didn't even stay.

The rooms are old and need an update. Advertise workout facility but none on site. Charge for parking is crazy since there is large parking lot and street parking. Towels were thread bare. We would not stay here again for the price.
