Has been a wonderful place . And very nice ladies and gentlemen in the office. Definitely need s some upgrades. Suggest getting a pool liner instead of that concrete

Great starter apartment but horrible staff . The “manager “ is rude and disrespectful. She lost my renewal then said we had 30 days to move . We were here about a year and had 2 leaks in two different apartments they said we never reported the second one but that’s was their end because they didn’t come to fix until my husband already did and that 3 weeks later . Constantly getting notes on my door about something so stupid . There is favoritism i owed 200 in rent but other tenants owe 1500$ and haven’t got evicted

Stayed for 6 months. Good value. Some of the units have a washer and dryer inside, which is a rare commodity in the Daleville/Dothan area. Great staff in the office.
Sometimes the other guests (who stay for a week or two) are noisy, so go for an upper floor if you can get it. Some visitors from other cultures commonly throw their trash on the parking lot. The energetic cleaning staff usually take care of it quickly. It's a disappointment, but not the fault of management. Usually the place is clean and quiet.

In fact, the apartments are not safe. There was a theft and an attempt to break the door of the apartment next to me, and there are not even cameras. Two days ago, the electricity went out for more than a day, without electricity. All the food in the refrigerator was spoiled, and we faced many problems. I do not recommend coming to these apartments. There are better ones.

The owner and staff are so fake and let's not even start on what they call a Manager WOW now she is the real C-WORD! There is so much mold there in the walls and it's not very well kept. Maintenance there is about as good as the FREE wifi. What a joke. RUN FROM THIS PLACE LIKE YOU'RE ON FIRE!!!

My husband got a contracting job at Rucker and while he was training for 3 months we stayed here. They offer month to month and they’re pet friendly! We have 2 large dogs (60 pounds- English bulldog and lab mix) and it was no problem they were here we just had to pay a pet deposit.) The apartment we got was fully furnished...it was out dated, but it’s clean! We never saw any bugs. It’s also very safe and friendly here. There are a lot of residents that also live here, it’s not just a hotel, and made us feel very welcomed. We recommend staying here over the other month to month places.

Stayed here for about a year while in flight school. Rooms were nice, rent was reasonable and never had any safety issues. It was very close to base and the front desk staff is very nice. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a simple and convenient place to live!

This is my second time staying here. The maid and her service was outstanding. The place is not the Ritz Carlton however it is clean and the staff will bend over backwards to help you with your room needs. I recommend it to anyone that is looking for a long term hotel / apartment, since they only rent weekly / monthly or longer.
