The service and treatment of its patrons ruins the whole experience. Have had issues prior with rudeness and even reached out to management, but no one felt the need to contact me in return.
Decided to give it another try last weekend with my kids and grandkids as well as a large group of other people. A friend had a machine break and that was a joke! But it got really bad at 2am when the fire alarm went off in the room freaking the babies out! I went to the front desk no one there. Security stood at the door and with no concern had no information. Inside the ATTACHED casino, no alarms going off, money being made do not disturb the gamblers. Never was told everything was fine or any information, no one called or came to room. It was cold and kids were upset. Ridiculous, we won't be back and as well as many from our group that will be up there weekly for the winter.

First hotel I’ve seen where you can’t check in after 9:00 pm. No staff. Eventually, I was directed to the casino cashier, who had no idea what to do. They couldn’t direct me to my room, so I had to find it on my own.

Next morning, the hotel staff was rude. They refused a late checkout. The gym advertised on the website was closed. You can’t charge meals to your room. The bed linens had cigarette burn holes. The key card took ten tries to work.

I’m trying to think of something that wasn’t substandard. Well, the restaurant staff was pleasant and hard working, but they’re not part of the hotel.

Would I recommend this place? Maybe if I really didn’t like somebody.

I placed a order of at the Valentino restaurant and the food has completely went down hill ☠️☠️☠️ the chicken is cooked on the outside slimey on inside frys are burnt and there is only a small amount like worst service ever

Made a reservation to stay one night in their RV park. Unbelievably terrible park. All the sites are very small width wise. Our RV wouldn't even fit in the site they assigned us. We pulled into the site next to the one we couldn't fit into and we still had to take up 2 sites just to put out our slides. Thank goodness the park was practically empty otherwise we could not have stayed. |Casino was small and dirty so we didn't even gamble.|We've stayed in a lot of RV parks and this was the worst park ever. Definitely not a resort RV park.

Our campground stay has been good and most likely prompted by recent reviews. We did have to pay (half price) for an adjoining site to accommodate the truck and boat but that’s not uncommon when space is tight.

From our sites 9-10, we have a nice view of the hills and the truck/boat/trailer parking lot. I haven’t yet seen nor heard of any problems. Security patrols seem frequent & thorough.

I was also pleasantly surprised to find clean, modern showers. I didn’t realize at first that you turn the 15min timer to get heat from the exhaust fan so that was a bonus. Also plenty of space to accommodate personal items.

The onsite boat ramp is convenient and $10 daily ramp fee waived for hotel & rv guests. K store at the ramp is handy, too.

We’ll be back. Location is ideal for exploring Lake County and only 2hrs to Sonoma Coast.

Stayed in RV park as we have done for years to fish annual tournament. We were told now we had to move our boat and tow vehicles to an adjacent lot where their signs say “Management not liable for damage or theft’. Well this is Clearlake mind you! The place was less than 1/2 full. Was woken up by someone blasting their thumping music at 2:30 in the morning. Went on for a half an hour even after neighbor called security. There are 3 permanent residents in park and they were taking up multiple spots with all their stuff. Two of the three looked derelict with one having a plastic tarp covering its leaky roof. Went to use the single bathroom in lot and it was filthy and didn’t have any toilet paper.||||This is the best facility for fisherman on the lake. Unfortunately it is poorly managed and if it wasn’t subsidized, it would surely be out of business. ||||PS - if you want to launch your boat there you will have to wait for the office to open up - which is usually around 8 am.

Room was standard for the area, cigarette burns,broken items. The staff was incompetent and had no clue what they were doing with useless policies in place that are enforced by people with half a brain cell. Typical lake county experience.

RV Park- Was told by overzealous manager that boats and tow vehicles must now be parked in adjacent lot. Have been coming here for the past 10 years. Never had a problem. The place was 1/3 full with several resident campers showcasing all their stuff. You now have to park in a lot with signs stating “Management not responsible for theft or damage.” The 25 or so RVers in the park were there for the annual Lake County Chamber Bass Tournament. Nobody was happy and we all agreed this was the last time we will be staying here. Management should be replaced.
