Bad experience I will be driving myself to Lakeport Theatre, or go out of town for now on. I simply bought a small popcorn, the young guy filled it 3/4 of the way I had mentioned, hey you’re supposed to fill that all the way he said oh “I am saving it for the rest of the people” I was like but I am buying it…made no sense whatsoever I felt completely ripped off. People had their phones and lights on the first 20 minutes of the move also kids running around. screen quality is small and bad. sound is not that great. The extra drive to Lakeport is definitely worth it. Better quality on everything especially customer service. Customer service is very poor. I saw a couple people walk in for free and they’re not serving what they’re supposed to serve and ripping people off no thank you!!

I love it as not much in the area. Two movies per. Need a carpet cleaning and seat cleaning. Dark. Dirty. Overall, good customer service and yummy selection of snacks. Bathrooms not bad; toilet seat covers, needed to close door for privacy. Kinda weird the trash can outside was full of snacks and stuff do they eat and drink it before they get there or clean their car or just a popular trash can from snacks and drinks brought from the lobby.?

The concessions are disgustingly over priced. They have young kids running it which in my opinion is just a bad idea all around. No adults anywhere. The movie theatre itself is ok its something to do at least it's not like there's an abundance of good clean entertainment around here. The popcorn was really hot and fresh on my first trip, second one not at all and I tried to slightly complain but to no avail.

We just had our first experience at this movie theater. As we pulled up our first impression was that it this might be the beginning of a campy horror flick (take note Hollywood I found a great location for a film!). It was very quiet but as we rounded to the parking lot there were a few other cars so we relaxed a bit. As we walked in we were greeted but friendly staff and not one of them resembled frankenstein's monster so again we figured we were in for a good time. We ordered some snacks (averagely priced for any movie theater) and they were tasty and completely free of anything one would find in a campy horror flick. We easily found some nice seats. The seats were fairly comfy though don't rock or move at all and while not a problem for most I needed to spend most of the movie on my feet to keep the baby asleep (though that's not really a ding on them). Which brings me to another thing I noticed. The movie wasn't so loud you could feel it in your teeth and was the perfect volume which is a major plus to me. As we left it was quite pleasant how clean the theater was. All in all not one scary thing happened and we had a great time! We will be back!

This place is actually a joke now right? The staff is a bunch of kids behind the counter without masks and I think most of them were just hanging out with friends when I say kids I mean they actually look and acted 14 or so. We were not greeted at all, when we bought our tickets we ordered popcorn and they served the people they knew behind us first. We stood and waited for popcorn for 5 minutes and it was cold. I actually thought we were being pranked how is that okay at all?
