Great place. Absolutely fantastic service! They go out of their way to make the stay comfortable! The view is breathtaking and the lake is just steps away with lots of options for those that owns boats!

A little hard to find using Google map. The address takes you to a private residential area. Just back up and turn right, away from the convenience store and then you can't miss it.

I love this resort, it has an amazing view of the lake, plenty of parking (we usually have a suburban pulling a full trailer), really nice staff. The rooms are rustic and meets basic necessities, pretty comfortable. This place gives off a very 90s vibe. It encourages you to research Clear Lake history. Our two kids, 9 and 5, love it here, they feel very free lol.

Service here was amazing. Very attentive and welcoming staff. The food was too good to describe. Definitely try a burger from this place; freshly ground, locally sourced beef, and hand-made at the restaurant. The patty comes out thick and juicy and piping hot! One of the best burgers I've had in a long while. The other dish we had that was great was their beef dip. Go for the ultimate! The beef flavor comes out so well and isn't overpowered at all by the cheese and mushrooms despite the sandwich being loaded! The beef dip itself is very beefy yet clean. You can tell it's made from scratch!

They have an outdoor patio overlooking the lake which is great place to sit, enjoy a meal, and drink some cold beer (which they serve in a frosty mug!)

Very nice waitress as our server. Food was DELICIOUS, had the ultimate French dip which I highly recommend. Tried to go here once before when they had first opened up it was on a Monday and they were closed. Cozy spot to relax and have lunch (breakfast ends at 11am.) Compliments to the chef!

I highly recommend this hotel for any season of the year. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The landscape is well groomed and not to mention clean. The hotel staff is the eye catcher. I mean this as the housekeeper's are wonderfully polite and respectful. They attend to all that you need such as hygiene, replacing toiletries, towels are clean and not like most hotels where the towels are stained up. And last but not least the view. The view is breathtaking. All and all my family and I would live here if we could but for the most part we highly recommend this hotel to our friends and our family. Thanks Clearlake Vista Resort for keeping us comfortable.

This is our 4th time at Clear Lake and our 3rd stay here, we absolutely love it here!! The fishing April, May, & June (today is 6/3/23) is a lot better than when we came July, 2022 (gotta watch for that algea bloom). We dont have a boat but havent needed one! But also the staff here are super friendly & accommodating (bags of ice, room selection - thx again!) This is a place you get more than what you pay for 🎣

Liked · The staff were all extremely friendly and accommodating! The rooms are literally right on the water which makes it an awesome stay for boating and fishing with great lake access. Checkin was quick and easy and staff were extremely helpful getting us some extra pillows and towels to use during our stay. Bonus - you get a free bag of ice each night you stay, which was helpful! The property is well maintained and provides lots of outside seating for picnics. Our room was clean upon arrival and had lots of space to spread out!. We had a great stay and will definitely be back!

Disliked · While nothing was a problem for us during our stay, we noticed that the rooms are a bit dated. Carpet and bedding could both use an update, but again, everything was clean so no real complaint! The air conditioner worked very well and kept our room comfortable while it was about 104 outside, but there was quite a bit of moisture coming off of it which resulted in a large wet spot onthe carpet. Again, we didnt have a problem because it worked well, but it could use some love to prevent future problems with mold and water damage.

I LOVED IT!!! This was the most relaxing hotel I have ever stayed in! I loved it! My grandpa loved it! We actully stayed an extra night because it was so nice and peacefully relaxing. This was the only place I could find that allowed all 5 of us to be in one room. We stayed in a family room (700sqft)it was like a little apartment it had a bedroom and a full kitchen! It had a stove and an oven and a full size fridge I was able to cook my family a real like home cooked meal! It was really nice and had an awesome view of the lake. The staff were all very nice! They were pet friendly! I really can't say enough I wish all all hotels were like this place and I would highly recommend this place to anyone!!!!
