I had the pleasure of capturing multiple weddings here and it has to be one of my favorite places in the area. John and Lane both make you feel so welcome and they truly care about you as a person and your experience at their venue. The property is absolutely amazing and has something for every style of wedding. Rustic, chic and intimate, there’s even a small vineyard. From a vendor POV, it is so convenient as the getting ready suites for the couple are both on-site and you don’t have to travel between locations for the ceremony/reception or portraits. Everything being in one location for the couple creates such a relaxed and stress-free wedding experience. Cannot recommend this venue enough!!!

The owner John was an absolute pleasure to work with and the venue was beautiful. They also had a fantastic sound system integrated throughout that made expanding my music though the venue so much cooler as it helped spread the sound more evenly than usual and that really seemed to help with setting a vibe amongst the wedding attendees.

I had the pleasure of DJing a wedding this past weekend at the Mountain House Estate, and I was so impressed with the venue and the owner's attention to detail that I wanted to leave a review! Every aspect of the venue was top-notch, and for a busy vendor like myself it really was a dream to work there. From the modern power outlets at all locations and built in audio connections, to the cleanliness of the venue and the abundance of well thought out storage locations (a must for larger setups), it is just a perfectly laid out venue. If you are looking for a great venue for your wedding (and one that will make your vendors happy as well), I highly recommend the Mountain House Estate!

Our experience here at Mountain House Estate was absolutely amazing! From the beautiful grounds, efficient staff to the truly breathtaking venue...made the most magical wedding day for our daughter! We loved the freedom to bring in everything that suited us.. from the caterer, DJ, florist and of course photographer. The spaces for our daughter and son in law to get ready beforehand was perfect. Loved having time to breathe and relax on site before the ceremony and dinner/dancing. We couldn't have been happier! Thank you again for making this day run so smoothly! The property's landscape offers so many beautiful photo opportunities; from rolling hills, gorgeous vistas, oak trees, to colorful gardens! And best of all - they allow creative freedom, so you can design your own wedding day vision! Total flexibility and they truly care for each of their clients! Love this place!

Mountain House Estate is such a special venue. We completely fell in love and it exceeded all expectations for us on our wedding day.

Of course, we weren't the least bit disappointed by the experience and would recommend this amazing facility to anyone who asks. From the moment we arrived and saw the stunning views of the rolling hills, trees, vineyards, etc. we knew that we would have the time of our lives. We have been receiving nothing but rave reviews from our families and friends about how special of a place we choose, and we couldn't be happier.

We were married 9/23/23 at Mountain House Estate (MHE) and had a wonderful experience from end to end.
Lane and John, who own the venue, have put so much love and attention into making MHE a dream wedding venue. They are very easy to work with, professional, friendly, and extremely responsive.
Oak Tree Terrace was what sold us on MHE; my only wedding must-have was getting married under a beautiful tree, and I couldn't have asked for a more picturesque spot for our ceremony.
There are so many different areas to this venue, and you can utilize them in any number of ways. It felt like multiple locations all in one, which we loved both for the experience it provided our guests, and the opportunity to have several different "backdrops" for our photos.
This venue is also a BYOEverthing, so you can make the choices on food, decor, drinks, etc. that are right for your style and budget. The owners provided a list of preferred vendors which was very helpful to select the team to bring our wedding to life.
If you're wondering what the weather is like there in late September, we ended up having a perfect day: 73 and sunny, with cooler temps at night (I was really worried it would be too hot, but it was ideal).
