I’m not sure where to begin! This is one of the only nail salons in Los Angeles that I have been to where the service and the treatment is constantly consistent. I adore Rose and Grace (really everyone) because their work ethic is unmatched to say the least. Outside of the impeccable service, I always feel very valued as a client. This place is small, but mighty and filled with professionals who care about the people they help just as much as the work they provide. Such a lovely environment to be a part of! And my nails always look INCREDIBLE without fail! They take the time to get it right. What more can you ask for?!

I've gone to Cloverdale salon a couple of times and have had excellent service with a lot of attention to detail every time. I recently got my first ever gel nail extensions, and Grace did such an amazing job! I gave little direction ("I want them pointy! And longish, but not too crazy") but she killed it! They're so pointy and sparkly, I love my nails! Grace had ALL the patience with me, too, since I messed up and smudged a nail during the process, not once but twice.

The salon is small and pretty straightforward, but clean, professional, and welcoming. I've been to bigger "luxury" nail salons where the quality and service were not nearly as good as Cloverdale. Highly recommend this neighborhood gem!

I’ve gone to this salon for nearly three years since moving to LA.

I was really blown away when I called recently for an appointment. The owner was hesitant to give me once since I had missed my last appointment. She said she was calling me on the phone and I didn’t respond. This is true - I am not denying this occurred. And it happened ONE time as my father was in the ER on the East Coast and I couldn’t make the nail appointment on an emergency basis. I was in a state of great stress and juggling many phone calls with family members. When I have needed to change appointments in the past, I have always called to notify the salon.

I’ll not be doing business with them anymore as, a business owner myself, I think grace needs to be given for us all. For all of the consistent business I’ve given this nail salon over the past three years, I’m really quite amazed they think they can treat loyal clients in this way. Moreover, I’ve waited over the years for very long periods (up to 45 minutes) at the salon post my scheduled appointment time. It seems like an interesting double standard to me that they are allowed grace and we the customers are not.

For the sheer principle alone, I will never return to this nail salon and I’ll not be recommending it to others. I’ll go where I’m respected as a loyal customer and spend my money there.

Rose was so amazing!!! She did such a great job on my nails and is extremely kind. Getting to spend time with her was a lovely added bonus to getting my nails done. I will absolutely be going back here!!

One of the best nail experiences I’ve had in Los Angeles. I was in and out in an hour for both my nails and my feet. She also was able to salvage my original nail and just do gel over it, which I’ve been looking to do at other places, and they’ve said that I couldn’t do it. They were super fast great service, and their prices are very reasonable.

Very sweet staff. Rose and Grace are always welcoming and do a meticulous job. This has become my go-to spot for both manicures and pedicures. They offer callous removal as an add-on for pedicures, which I recommend. It’s not too aggressive but still certainly exfoliating.

i was really excited to try this new place right next to my apartment but after making an appointment, i arrived and waited 40 minutes (yes, with an appointment) and then just two days later, my GEL manicure started bubbling up and chipping away.

giving two stars because i went back when the day after the gel came off and they were kind enough to fix it with no charge.

then the day after i got the nail fixed, another nail started chipping…. i literally woke up and a new nail had a missing piece. i have not been hard on my hands at all.

i’ve never had a gel manicure do this, especially just 2-3 days after my appointment

*edited review to 1 star because yet another nail chipped out of nowhere

Overpriced and mediocre service. I was charged $90 for regular mani/pedi.

When I questioned the fee, I was told there was a $10 surcharge for the OPI infinite shine color (sign said $5 but they charge hands and feet separately) and another surcharge for callus remover (not posted anywhere).

It pains me to leave them a bad review because these women were slammed today and were working so hard. But the service was mediocre at best and overpriced.

- the OPI nail polish is supposed to stay on for 10 days but started to chip the same day. Might be because of the way they applied it; I had nail polish under my fingernails as well.
- they were unable to remove an ingrown nail and were pretty sloppy with my cuticles. This is a basic requirement in a mani/pedi.
- for the price, I expect a pristine location. While I was getting my nails done I was staring at a dirty wall with crusty baseboards.
- I wasn’t told the callus remover would have an up charge. This is also a basic requirement in a pedi.

I parked in the street pretty easily and it was a Tuesday afternoon.
