Perfect, relaxing experience. I came here after working all day on the computer. I was looking for a deep tissue massage for my neck and shoulders, but while booking online, I saw that they offer cupping too. I booked a 60 minute massage with cupping with Amy. She was excellent and completely worked on all my sore muscles. She even massaged muscles that I didn’t realize were tired. She massage my face, working on my tight jaw muscles. I felt so relaxed and rested after my 1 hour massage. It felt amazing and I added another 30 minutes to focus on my tight neck and shoulders. Amy was very accommodating and added the extra time without any problems. I will definitely come back here regularly. The place smelled really nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The table was heated and the soft music was very relaxing too. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for relaxing and therapeutic massage.

They did an amazing job! I went last week and Monica was an excellent massage therapists. She always asked me the type of pressure I liked and she got rid of the pain my old massage therapist did from another place. Definitely found my new place to go and trust that I will be pampered. Jennifer Z is more than AMAZING! She not only has magic hands, they are also soft. She knows what she is doing and how to work on just the right spots to alleviate continued pain. I don’t ever write reviews but I just had a 60min prenatal massage with Sophia at Serenity Spa and it was probably thee best massage I have ever gotten. I’m 38 weeks pregnant and this massage was exactly what I needed. Highly recommend booking in with Sophia!

Serenity Spa is Located At 44 Golf Club Road in Pleasant Hill California in The College Square Shopping Center. Serenity Spa is a very Nice spa that is reasonably priced for the 5 star service that you receive from these Certified Masseuse.Upon entering you are greeted by a warm smiling receptionist when you walk in the door, the Decor is Tastefully done and Inviting. I and 2 of My daughters received a full 1 hour body massage that included a facial, hot rock and oil treatment, that was pared with the wonderful hot towels. Oh my! Your tired muscles feel revived. These are absolutely wonderful men and women that deserve your business. Come by and leave refreshed. Thank You Serenity for a job well done.

Serenity Spa is clean and bright, very welcoming. Staff is helpful and personable. Free parking and convenient location. Sophia G provided a great massage. I asked for firm pressure and she delivered. I let her know my legs couldn't take the same pressure and she lightened up accordingly.
I was in a room at the back, furthest from the door so it was quiet and peaceful. Great experience!

I wish I could break up the star rating because the therapist was great but the overall was kind of awful.

I booked a Sunday evening for my birthday. My booking was 8PM. After I was led to the room and told to undress and lie down I waited and waited. Eventually I pulled my phone out saw that it was after 8:15 and wondered if the massage therapist was coming. I put clothes back on and went to ask the receptionist if the masseuse was coming. She said oh she’s coming now her last client was late. That is totally understandable and can happen anywhere, but it’s really important to tell the client that their therapist is running behind instead of leaving them to wait and wonder.

After that the masseuse came in seeming rushed and got right to work. She was excellent. Very strong, great technique, attentive to pressure, very thorough.

When I’d gone out to ask the receptionist if the massage therapist was coming she’d been lounging behind the desk on her phone. As soon as the massage started I could hear the receptionist banging around excessively outside the door. Probably just closing duties, but it sounded like there was no effort to keep the noise down.

In the first half hour the receptionist opened the door to the room where I was getting the massage to talk loudly to the masseuse. She did this 3 times in that first 30-40 min of the massage. This felt very unprofessional, rude, and a privacy invasion.

Great massage but I would not feel comfortable going back due to the rest of the experience.

I wrote the spa directly to let them know my experience and after 1 week I received no response so I decided to leave a review. I hadn’t planned to go back but thought they would at least acknowledge and apologize.
