Ordered online definitely not fresh and it's dinner time always dry or soft from sitting they need a whole new crew up in there. Next time I'll just take the drive to madera anytime you complain they act like you messed up the order or they have a stri8 attitude 🤔 horrible service get it together guys and stop serving people food that you wouldn't eat

Last to get my order when I placed it before anyone in person. What’s the point of submitting an online pickup if everyone that’s in person get theirs first. Was 4 mins late from the scheduled time. Also the lack of portions is upsetting. Paid for bigger plate to get this

The lady there was rude they had an hour to closing time and felt extremely rushed was told we couldn’t eat there I however still ate in as they were open. They said we needed to leave so they could clean up. I wanted to order some orange chicken they said they were cleaning so they couldn’t make more. That is terrible when you have a closing time you should attend to any customer that comes in before the time. Everything I ordered was cold. Kept getting cleaned around. Felt extremely uncomfortable.
