I went on Saturday the 19 at 1am and was served by a young beautiful lady with glasses. She is top level in service and had no mistakes on my order. Kudos to kitchen for great meal that day. Will keep this ihop in my favorites.

I had breakfast there and none of the servers were saying I'm sorry. It'll take a little extra time, but waited for maybe 40 minutes for the meal to be served very bad during the weekday Don'.
T know if they didn't have chefs but they didn't give any explanation why the food was warm and not hot!..I will not visit store/restaurant in the near future.

service animal discrimination

It is a place near my house to enjoy the food, I go sometimes, but today Saturday January 11, 2025 I went with my family. At first we notified the reception that they had a service dog, they asked us for a few minutes, then after a few minutes another waitress arrived and asked us again if the dog was a service dog, after 5 minutes they passed us to a table and we ordered, as soon as the food arrived, the waitress, a white-skinned woman with black glasses and a little chubby, arrived and asked us if she would give us a box to take the food, it seemed strange to us because she hadn't even a minute since they had just served us the food, we let it pass because it was the first time after 10 minutes the same waitress came back and asked the same thing that she gave us a box to take the food we said no and continued eating we were three people and the service dog remained under the table, After 5 minutes the same waitress came back and did not give us the payment receipt and asked us again if she would give us the box to take our food away and we said no because we had not finished yet, not all of us have the same eating rhythm. My mother, an elderly lady, accompanied us. So I asked the manager what she needed to talk to him and I explained to her that it was very uncomfortable that the same person was obsessed with giving us a box to take our food away. On previous occasions I have gone and no one ever asks me when I want to take my food away. I have been a customer at the same place for a long time and that type of discrimination has never happened to me. I observed the other customers and they were not bothered like me. I mentioned it to the manager named Erick and at no time during the conversation did he apologize, he only said that he would speak to the waitresses, something that I don't know if would happen. What I do say is that if they do not want service animals it is important that they make it known and there is no problem, we avoid misunderstandings, I believe that people with disabilities have the right to be informed of any change in business policies because this can have legal consequences if we continue to act in the same way

It's our "safe to go" place everytime we feel like having breakfast at any time during the day. It's always good, kids are free after 4pm, great service, our server actually helped us to save a few dollars today with her suggestions on how to order.

Showed up on a Thursday around noon. The restaurant was not packed.
The host sat us down immediately and was given menus.
After 15 min nobody came to take our order.
When nobody came over to take our drinks almost 20 min after we sat down.
We stood up and walked out, walking by the waitress and the host, neither one acknowledged us.
We ended up going to Toms down the street.
