Excellent pampering staff - manicured - pedicures - artistic gel nail art - mimosa - I love PamperMe Nails in Chino Hills…Had to get a repair on a broken nail / Sue took me right away and quickly matched the pink gel CatEye perfectly. Holly did a great job on my girlfriend’s glitter polish and Anna did a lovely massage and pedicure for her husband. My nails are so lovely now that I have found PamperMe NailLounge in Chino. The salon is beautifully decorated - the spa like atmosphere is wonderful. I love the mimosa and Minh the manager always fits me in. I come from Diamond Bar and the traffic juggernaut makes an unpredictable arrival. Once there Anna/Than (pedicure)and Moon/Nguyet (French manicure) gave me wonderful service - beautiful detailing and very sweet to talk with. I am new to manicures and this visit is always a treat. Professional- relaxing and welcoming.

I gave this place a shot. I had been coming here for about 6 months. I have experienced a couple negative incidents here- enough for me to stop giving them my business. First incident- made an apt, then when i arrived i was told my nail tech wouldn't be available for about 30 mins. I made the apt way in advance and was on a tight schedule. I believe it was the owner (female), didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience- well I couldn't tell if she was sorry because she aways has a resting ___ face.
Today i went in for a fill- same fill service i always get and always pay $50. I was charged $60 and i asked what the extra $10 bucks was for and she said because my nails had to be reshaped. She said I had a cut down, and when they cut down they have to reshape (no duh)- which I totally understand just didn't know it was an additional $10. I told her i had always asked for same exact service with cut/file down because i don’t like my nails long. I don't mind paying the extras but i would have appreciated if they were upfront about. I wasn't trying to get out of paying- what bothered me the most was it was the same lady with the resting____face (you fill in the blanks)- no apologies other than to say i will let so and so know. This lady needs training in customer service. I will never go back- she is horrible.

I loved this place! They worked really hard to accommodate my needs and had an awesome attitude the whole time. I was able to go and bring my mother for us to get our nails done. Our technician worked fast and was so kind! She understood what we wanted and always checked that we were satisfied. My mom had a glass of wine while she waited and we had a great time. I’ll definitely be returning.
