Absolutely terrible place to load! They are a freight forwarding facility, not a manufacturer. All the product is there and packaged for loading. There is absolutely no excuse for 6 + hours of load time to get 15 tubs. Each tub is on a pallet. Add some boxes with covers that they are adamant about not strapping down saying the tarps will hold them in place. There is nowhere to wait if the docks are full. You have to park on a side street with no parking signs and wait for a phone call. Once loaded they want you to leave to finish securing and tarping so other trucks can get in. Good luck with getting out. The place is so littered with stacks of tubs that you may not be able to get out until the truck beside you leaves. I don't care how well this load pays. It's not worth it.

The worst customer service in California. The sundance spa parts are made in China and the assembled in Mexico. Total crap. So far all 3 pumps have malfunctioned. The computer board stopped working. Horrible spa company

I don't want to give single star for them .
They waste lots of time for Loading. Worst place for Loading. More then 9 hour on dock for Loading only 12 tubs

Absolutely horrible place! Despite being there 50 minutes before my appointment it took them 4.5 hours to load me and then an additional 30 minutes to get the paperwork done. Not cool, messed up my entire rest of the week. They also like to store their tubs in the maneuvering space that you need to bump the docks. I'll refuse loads from this place in the future.
