This is the main community center for homeowners living within College park. It offers lot of things - 2 swimming pools, gym, playing area of kids, hot tub, BBQ areas, relaxing chairs, water splash, path for walking, etc. For community homeowners, they also have a Multipurpose room (MPR) which could be reserved for your events accommodating 63 people. Google will bring you to the street parking however the main parking lot is in the back. Overall a well maintained clean area to bring your family and kids.

I've held a few family events here. The staff has been accommodating and the room is large enough to fit 50 people comfortably.

The pool and other amenities are great for when I have guests over. The splash park area is a kid favorite.

Overall, I like our little community center.

The Good: The grounds are always clean and well-managed and the three pools never seem to be over-packed (even during the Summer).

The Bad: Although the gym is clean and nice, it's small so it gets pretty busy after work hours. It's tough to jump on anything because it's all taken! The problem is even worse when there's always at least 1 of 4 treadmills broken. : \

As a resident of the area, the is a nice spot to sit back, relax and recline. Plenty of areas to lounge, whether it be outside or inside. A pool area to cool off during the summer time. Last but not least, a 24/7 gym area. Overall, if you are a resident and are looking for a place to just relax, workout, study, hang with friends, etc; This is the place to go.

The Commons is the small community building that also had the gym, pools, splash pad, bbq's, fireside seating, small and large meeting spaces for those living in the College Park community and part of the HOA. Love my HOA and the amenities! Gym has been slightly renovated in 2023 rubber flooring, some new equipment.

Great place to workout and have a good swim. Take the family for a barbecue in the park while the kids cool off in the pool and splash fountain
