Had to book a room since I have to evacuate my apartment and decided to stay here. I called to check out the rates and was told 70 dollars and when I showed up I was charged 100$ plus 20 dollar deposit. The pillows were very flat not comfortable at all and online it said that they have continental breakfast but they don’t

I am increasingly disappointed with this hotel. There are snotty hairs from the people who stayed before me in the rooms. They are very dirty and the furniture is not cleaned at all. I asked the receptionist if he had mosquito repellent because the room was full of mosquitoes. He told me no, that he didn't have any and that I should see what I could do.

Found a cockroach in the room , when chasing it down to smash it, I found an empty baggy with white residue and burnt foil inside. High likelihood that it was Fentanyl, called down to ask to change room and have my concerns addressed, I was told I would have to wait until the morning and talk with manager. I canceled my pending reservation and left without my problem solved and was even denied refund for the half night and upcoming night due to there cancellation policy. Stay away from this place , it could have deadly consequences.

The manager of my hotel refused to rent me the room because he says I'm a troublemaker, having told him that the rooms still had hair from the other people who had stayed there and that the furniture was very dirty. When I told him that the showers were also very dirty, he decided to rent me another room. I've been staying for almost a year.

Hotel - great! Google - Bad! There is no way to correct errors in amenities. Google says there is a breakfast and pool. This hotel does not serve breakfast and does not have a pool. What is wrong with Google that these updates to fix errors can’t be submitted? Very disappointed in Google.

Paid $254 for the room. They charged me $30 for a 1 hour early check in. Bathroom had lots of hair on the floor and boogers on wall. There was 1 dead cockroach when we arrived by the next morning there were 5 dead roaches in bathroom. Beds were hard and a/c was barely functioning. I had to put down a $20 cash deposit which was not refunded because I didn’t have the keycard. All the furniture was damaged. I’ve stayed in worse motels but they cost $40.
