Great stay at the Hampton Inn by Hilton in Chino Hills, CA. Great location to all shopping and dining. Easy access to freeway.

Rooms were well kept and the staff at the front desk was excellent. Complimentary breakfast was good and always a plus!
We greatly appreciate this brand allows pets to stay (per policy guidelines).

During the tragic, historic fire happening during our stay in CA, pet owners had a safe haven to stay at the Hampton Inn.

Well worth the money, surrounded by lots of experiences. The hotel was spotless and the staff was not only friendly, but also helpful. Hats off to Sergio, who was just the best during my initial check in. He helped with everything. Many of the hotels do not offer breakfast, but this one does. Would love a little bit more variety, but it was perfectly adequate.

I adore that place solely because of the staff. They are incredibly polite and helpful, always wearing a smile that never fades. While the place itself isn't the best, the warm and homely feeling they create makes it special.

If you're staying at the end room top floor 301, there is no Wifi reception for ypir computer. The halls are very long, which makes it a long walk to the elevators. The staff was very helpful in relocating me to another room that was more in the middle of the building.

Stayed in this hotel before and was a good experience and decided to book again. This time around, the room is only cleaned according to front desk every other day and on my second day, my room still did not get cleaned when I got back in the evening. Called front desk and did not get a response so I am trying their chat which gives me a virtual response.
Somewhat atypical of this chain of hotels and becomes unpleasant if your room is not cleaned for that long in my opinion. And hence a low rating for the service.

I do not recommend rooms facing the highway as it is very noisy and on certain periods in the evening - loud vehicle noises persist for unreasonably long periods.

I was there for business. The rooms had limited tv channels and no ability to stream anything. Also I was awakened at 3:30am by the sound of a leaf blower. It continued very loudly until about 4am. I kept looking out the window and finally saw a man walking through the parking lot blowing the leaf blower. The fact that nobody from the front desk called the police to have him removed was quite unacceptable. I was there for business and the next day was awful bc I got almost no sleep.

The front desk was kind and the breakfast was good. But that noise in the middle of the night was not okay.

The hotel front desk staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. Poor Wi-Fi signal.

You should consider offering a training courses for the front desk staff. She doesn’t know how to smile, just stares at guests with a blank face, fails to solve problems, doesn’t greet them politely, and is unprofessional.
