I had a great experience at this hotel. Christine at the front desk was always helpful and very nice. Anytime time I had a question or needed something she was able to help and with a smile. Great customer service. The manager as well was always friendly and greeted me everytime I saw her. The other employees were very nice as well. Jordan was also a great person and very helpful.

Great stay. Christine was absolutely amazing with everything I needed help with upon check in and helped anytime I needed assistance at front desk. The hotel was clean,breakfast bar in the mornings was easy coffee on my way out every morning and room service was amazing. There’s a church next door with a huge grassed field if you are traveling with a dog not only was the staff welcoming the open field next door was better than the local dog parks. Next time I’m working out of my chino office Extended Stay will be my hotel of choice. Customer service and room was 5 stars..

Staff is exceptional! Jordan Seydi Evan and Christine have all been great and very accommodating. Very friendly! My only complaint is the dated carpets and some of the furniture but that doesn't reflect on staff. I've been pleased with the services here while on business.

I have been staying here since November the 3rd till present.Upon checking in I noticed that the staff was very nice and welcoming me to this establishment ,I first spoke with Christine #10 at the counter and she explained all the aspects of this establishment and my check-in went very well.I have spoken with other employees such as Jonathan and he was also very helpful and knowledgeable, but one thing I can say is that,this location is very quiet and clean.My room is very nice and clean and I have to say that your employees who is working in hospitality do a great job in keeping this hotel clean. I would like to say it’s a pleasure staying at this location because I have stayed at other locations but going farther if I’m in need of a hotel and I will make this my first choice.You should really give this staff a job well done,they deserve it,Lynn Merrill.

The staff here was very sweet and helpful, I would give them all a 10 out of 10. Christine was very helpful with all of the amenities I asked for, toaster, coffee maker; free coffee and hot chocolate and muffins and oatmeal were available in the early morning. She helped me with an extra foldable bed for my son and was super welcoming. Jordan answered my questions about surrounding areas and cities since I was traveling and wanted to know which places were family oriented. The room was very organized and clean, no signs of cigarette smoke.

Poor review. The extended stay hotel North gate Blvd Sacramento damaged my hotel room when I was at the grocery store. I have evidence that they did the damage. Last year the did the same thing. I took photos. The white rock extended stay hotel in rancho Cordova California. Both hotels damaged my rooms. Don't stay there.

Cheap, walking distance to Walmart and other stores/food (~20minutes), perfect for taking carbon canyon to Orange County instead of the freeway. Christine and Jordan are awesome, always helpful and friendly. I’d recommend my people to this location.
