They haven't updated their website in two years, so they don't have free airport transportation or the continental breakfast. The room said non-smoking, but had a strong cigarette smell inside. The upholstery on the couch was torn. The pictures are screwed unevenly in the wall and there were broken tiles in the bathroom. We did not feel safe. When we left in the morning there was dog poop in the lobby and outside the front door, which I understand is more of a resident problem but still shocking. The outside was cute and one of the employees was nice, but overall the experience was uncomfortable and disappointing.

The only stars this place gets is for location- but otherwise the building is a wreck. One of the worst I've ever seen. Scary place. Don't look up, whatever you do, and don't look anywhere- in drawers, in mini fridge, definitely don't try to use any of the ancient heating and cooling units. Needs to be gutted.

If I could leave 10 stars I would. The staff at this hotel was kind enough to allow us to check out at a later time being sympathetic to our prior situation and having to check in at their hotel around 3:00 a.m. She was kind and patient. The rooms are big and cozy and clean and best part super quiet. It has been a long time since I have stayed at a hotel that isn’t noisy. Thank you for your great hospitality and providing kind staff and clean rooms!

Very deceptive web site for this hotel - The website says Free Breakfast, Pool, Free Shuttle service, Fitness center. ONCE you book your room you get an e-mail that says NONE of the above amenities are available due to COVID. The COVID CRISIS is OVER! They probably dont even have rooms DUE TO COVID. Don't stay at this Fleabag hotel!!

Was only there for 2 hrs laid in the bed, when I went to the restroom used it and a roach was crawling on the wall. I have it on video. I then checked out right after because of that. The manager will not give me back my money because I laid in the bed. Do not go there! She is hella rude as well.

It was okay, the room is what you expect. There was a pee stain on the floor but we ignored it. Staff were okay, mostly on their phones. Just when it was our checkout day, it was 10 and they opened the door asking if we were leaving. Check out is at 11, so we had time. Never experienced that in a hotel so I was shocked and upset.

Literally the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. My boyfriend and I were in town for a festival and all we wanted was a good night sleep. We paid a lot for this room and it was overpriced for ripped sheets, dirty towels, broken furniture and fan. In the hallway there are holes in the walls. They sprung a $100 deposit on us and days later have not returned it to my card. The manager is rude, unhelpful, and condescending. In the morning I went to the front desk to ask for towels she said "housekeeping will be here in an hour they'll bring more then". Housekeeping was basically a random junkie walking around knocking on doors. We were on the second floor and there wasn't a screen on the window. This place is a trash heap. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Stay away. Bugs, mold, smells like smoke in halls and rooms, broken bed and desk, bedsheets had cigarette burns and holes, carpet in main hallways were smelly, leaks in ceiling. Very creepy and disgusting. My daughter and I left immediately. Tried to get money back with expedia later since they claimed it was a 3 star hotel.
