Staff and location are great, as well as cost. Breakfast was fairly poor and limited and a single pre-made item.

Room was fair, but when AC comes on, its so loud you cant hear TV, even if doubling volume level. Warm water in shower got the job done but actual hot water would be nice.

Had a great stay here with my kids. The pool was great! The music and lights were a nice touch. Room was clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was a little on the small side compared to other Marriott properties I have stayed at recently but it was clean and well stocked. I recommend this location.

This location opened in December. It is well designed and clean. ||Staff were nice, and it was quiet during my stay.||Free breakfast is decent with (when I was there) mini quiches and a large range of oatmeal toppings.||I found the mattress a little hard and the pillows were a little rubbery. The towels felt a beat cheap/coarse, and the toilet paper was low quality (like on the rolls in airports).||Ample, free parking. The views from the room are of a parking lot/mall/commercial area.||Overall, a decent, modern Fairfield Inn. I would stay here again.

The hotel is nice, but the area is still under development. My room was clean, but no frills. Breakfast needs an upgrade, but was well made. Breakfast sausages or patties would help or gravy w biscuits. More towels should be in each room too.

Update:

I stayed my 2nd day here and the breakfast was terrible. Tasted like yesterday’s food was being served again.

The Service Staff is A1 though.

This place is very nice. The only drawback is the very sad breakfast that they serve. So far two days I n a row I’ve had to get food somewhere else, it’s that bad. When your sign says 6:30 for breakfast, according to the rest of the world that means 6:30. Not 6:45, this is not acceptable. Some people have schedules and work. I need to be out the door before this.

We stayed at this property for 6 nights in two rooms. I can vouch that management, housekeeping and people serving breakfast could not have done better in anyway. I am very happy that I have chosen this hotel to stay with my family.
I do want to recognize two staff members for their support during our entire stay.
Kelly W. have done a marvelous job towards addressing our needs with a smile. I can't ask for more.
The 2nd person I want to recognize is Ruby, soft-spoken and also with a smiley face, along with Omar, who always greeted and followed how we are doing.
​I am not sure what others have complained about water pressure in a shower. For me there are no issues. The housekeeping ladies were excellent at taking care of the room.
The overall experience is 10 stars, but I can only give 5.

What’s not to like it was a great price. They were extremely good to us and it’s brand new and clean and if you like super great water pressure this is the place. I didn’t try the breakfast because I didn’t have time but I’m sure it was great.

We stayed at this hotel for a soccer tournament near by. Hotel went above and beyond to make our stay great. They opened breakfast early for those with early games & kept it open a little late too! Delicious egg bites, waffles & oatmeal with lots of toppings. Coffee was good too! Rooms were perfectly clean. Everyone at the hotel was really friendly and helpful- from front desk to pool cleaners to those servicing our rooms daily. Highly recommend this spot. Ashish and his crew are top notch!
(Didn’t give location 5 stars because it wasn’t the best location for my morning runs…although close to free ways and lots of eating options!)
