Clean and well maintained campground; however, mice invaded our pantry one night. Sadly, we needed to start our morning by throwing foods (we just purchased) away and cleaning.
The sites are leveled and long, but not wide. There is enough room to open slides and to have a picnic table. After that, there is not much free space for other activities.
Their amenities are great, both young and old can enjoy. They offer many activities, too.

It's always such a fun time when we come here. My kids have a blast, the store is stocked a little pricey, but what do you expect, You're buying something from a campground. It's all about the convenience. The pool is heated in the winter. The tiki bars, food is good, taco Thursday is my favorite. And the staff is friendly. Don't forget to bring your carrots to feed the wild donkeys.

Nationality discrimination.

They are only accepting US citizens.

I saw they have a big sign along the route, which provides 2 free nights stay of RV camping. When I called for a reservation they said there were spots available, but he let me hold , and then
He asked if I am US citizens. I said I am not but I am a permanent resident.
He said not accepted. And I told him we have 3 citizens in our family, he asked me hold again. After he is back he said the owner of the vehicle have to be US citizens, no matter other people in the group is citizens or not.

It’s obvious they just don’t want me to stay there and are coming up with discriminatory conditions against me.

During the years when I was camping It is the first time who shows unfriendly to non citizens.

I hope this is just an isolated case; otherwise, the United States is doomed.

Stayed here over Thanksgiving because we got it for free but definitely won't be becoming members. Spaces are way to close together, bathrooms aren't the best. Had a free stay up till Sunday and we ended up leaving early. Very loud park as well.

This is a beautiful resort, right on the river. It had a laid back atmosphere, that I really enjoyed. Definitely worth staying, and a worth purchasing a membership if that’s what you’re looking for. We met some nice people, fellow campers, and the staff was friendly, too.

Dinner was served on the two nights we stayed (I don’t know if there is dinner every night). The food was good, portions large, and reasonably priced. The is a bar at the pool area, and the drinks were also reasonably priced.

They had karaoke on one night that we were there, which was a lot of fun. I saw that they had other activities planned for other nights.

I liked that the entire pool area was covered, to keep us protected from the beating sun. We visited when the temps reached upwards of 110, so shade was nice. The RV Resort also has a miniature golf and playground for the kids. The bathrooms and showers were clean and appeared well maintained. The shop had pretty much anything you could want or need.

It is a dog friendly place and there is a small, gated dog park with river access, and pool bag stations located throughout the grounds.

The cons- not enough shade trees and too much poo. I just really like trees and usually choose where we stay based on whether or not there are a lot of trees.

As for the poo- There are wild burros that wander the area, which is really cool to see, but I felt that the staff should prioritize cleaning up the poo. There was some left all day. Even though there were well stocked poop-bag stations located throughout the resort, some people neglected to pick up after their dogs. Sad. The dog park could have used some attention.

Besides this, I really have no complaints. I am actually looking forward to another visit, when it is cooler.

Very nice resort on the river! We camped right on the river and had a good time just relaxing and watching the happenings on the river. Lots of things to do and good food if you need it.

The campground offers spacious sites, appropriately 800 in total. It is situated along the Colorado River. Some sites are located on the river. They offer many amenities and multiple activities daily. Across from the park offers many trails for walking or off-roading. Additionally, it is located near a shopping plaza, gas stations, and restaurants. Pets are welcome at the park and offers 2 dog parks. That being said, they are not permitted in the restaurant/ bar, pool, or activity locations.
*this is a membership park, but call for information.
