Great portions and service!

I called 10min prior and my BBQ pork sandwich was hot and ready for me upon arrival. As other reviews have stated, the bread was the perfect buttery-toasted state, and NOT so hard/crunchy that it'd hurt your mouth.

There was a ton of meat in my sandwich, which was awesome! I think the marinade and the sauce could've used a little more flavor, though. There was plenty of sauce, but it was more of a generic mayo and the sandwich lacked a bit of acidity and sweetness, despite the bits of pickled veggies that were included.

Next time, I'd be interested in trying their combination sandwich, but I don't know if I'd crave the BBQ pork one again due to its lack of flavor.

The store is really spacious and there's plenty of seating, for those who wish to eat there!

My girlfriend and I really like this place. The food was outstanding. The service was a little below average but still receptive. The cafe itself was dirty. The windows super dirty. The floor was filled with crumbs and so were the tables. It felt like a child's dining room. Super sticky and dirty. Hope the stablishment fixes this and makes the front people actually work on making the place clean.

Came here to picked up togo, i ordered 2 fresh spring roll and half dozen of Mochi donut.

The mochi donut was not covered in a shelf, feels like it has been out here for a long time. I got half a dozen, it is not chewy at all. I fell like it was made a while ago, at least couple days. Thats why it is not fresh. It cost $16 for half a dozen, not good and it is not worth it.

The fresh spring roll is average, I ordered the shrimp with pork, don't really taste any pork inside.

Will not be back.

Food is great every time. Highly recommend the combination, barbecue pork, and grilled chicken Banh Mi. Also highly recommend any of the Sea cloud drinks amazing. Customer service is as expected.

This place is great for some delicious Vietnamese sandwiches, Banh Mi and other treats. They baked their own bread, which is fresh, soft and delicious. The sandwiches come packed with choice of protein and fresh veggies, they are so good. Each sandwich is about 8.50$ which is a good price point in comparison to other places in the area. I have not tried their mochi doughnuts or corndogs but they all looked good too!

I've been here a few times and overall I've really enjoyed my orders and experiences. The highlight of visiting is always the Mochi Donuts. Between the Churro, Cookies & Cream, Nutella, and Fruity Pebbles it is hard to pick a favorite. Every time I've gone they have had a new flavor to try. The Tofu Bahn Mi was also extremely delicious. I was less of a fan of the Potato Mozzarella Rice Dog, but I put that down to a personal preference. I hadn't realized it would also be sweet. I definitely plan to visit again and visit often for the donuts. Staff is always sweet, friendly, and willing to give recommendations.

Decent banh mi and a variety of tea drinks in one spot. Mochi donuts are okay, better to get them fresh if you can. Haven't tried the corn dogs.

Rating 5 stars because very few places in Hayward try to brighten the town up, so that deserves much appreciation.

I tried the online delivery service and it went pretty well...no hicups... I did call their store and ask a few questions and the general manager answered all my questions.. So when you're busy and can't leave your house cause you got a toddler then, delivery service is best.
