This hotel is the nastiest, most disgusting place. We booked a room for 4 days. They force you to put down a cash deposit (refuse to allow you to pay with a credit card!). We went to our room, and it was gross. The toilet in the bathroom almost fell through the subfloor, the tiles on the floor actually moved when we walked on them. The refrigerator did not work at all (looked behind the fridge and the cord was chewed in half and haphazardly electrical taped back together). We pulled back the covers and there was BLOOD on the sheets. We checked under the bed and there was a pair of dirty men's boxers. On top of all that, the security lock for the door was broken. We were in the room for LESS than 20 minutes and went back to the front desk where the clerk promptly REFUSED to refund our money when we told him we were not staying. Clerk was incredibly rude. Also, we paid for an "apartment" that was supposed to have a kitchen, and they said it was a "typo" and it was just a regular room. Do NOT waste your money on this dump!

I'd give ZERO stars if I could. Don't EVER STAY HERE.. YOU'LL REGRET IT. These people aren't honest., their rooms are completely trashed, with dust and completely filthy. You can see they haven't cleaned in decades.. It's absolutely ridiculous how a place like this can be on business.. and please management don't message saying you'd take this into consideration., because you know all you want is to take people's money and laugh at their face with your " NO refund policy" the 'person' at the front desk is beyond RUDE and on top of that it doesn't look secure, since you'd be the only car there.. workers are the lowest of the low you can come across. DON'T SAY I DIDN'T WARN YOU! 🙂 unless you're willing to throw up and loose your money, because you won't even be able to touch the filthy beds. EVEN the office at the front desk is such a joke!! That rude customer service will go beyond to make sure you feel unsafe. Absolutely RIDICULOUS!! Thieves to the core.. good thing KARMA will get them 😀

pros: i had a last minute room to evacuate with my pets during hurricane helene. it kept us safe. i didn’t feel like my car was gonna get robbed.

cons: i got fleas. i bought a shower curtain to sleep on so i wouldn’t touch any fabrics. issues with door keys. slow check in and out. cash deposits not mentioned until check in. nice enough people but don’t go here unless you’re desperate or have a high tolerance for filth. i felt cleaner not showering than i did trying to use anything in that room.

I had booked a pet-friendly room at this hotel to escape from Hurricane Helene. When arriving, I was told by the hotel manager (which took me about 10 minutes to find him) that there were no pet-friendly rooms available--even though that is exactly what I had booked through hotels.com. I attempted to contact the hotel directly and was directed to the OYO call center. After several attempts, I was unable to get a live person to assist with initiating a refund. I contacted Hotels.com to dispute this. They claimed that they needed to check with the hotel to validate we did not stay that night. OYO did not respond to Hotel.com's request.||Based on the other reviews as to the cleanliness of this hotel, it may have been a blessing in disguise.||I request Hotels.com to assist in this matter, and delist this hotel, as it is extremely unprofessional of the hotel manager and OYO as a company.

Look, I booked the hotel through Expedia. Nothing on the website said nothing about a 100.00 deposit. Called to check to see how late I could check in; all the sudden there is a 100.00 deposit. I was trying to talk to the manager about the deposit, he hung up on me. Called back twice, and finally the manager answered the phone. Very unprofessional, horrible. The owner was there and told me to call Expedia. Same very unprofessional; so saying this, they do not want customers or money apparently.

STOLE OUR MONEY, refused to let us stay with our dogs and forced US to cancel then denied our refund because it was past the cancelation time. We were being forced to mandatory evacuate tampa because of the hurricane.

September- The manager of this location asked me directly, 'you know this is a garbage motel, you get what you pay for?'
I agree.
It was clean.... If you ignore the evident stains on the sheets and towels they did clean...for the most part.
They require a cash deposit, which they did not return due to not being available the following work day.
They did not adhere to any office hours posted and since you arent there for fun....they get to keep the deposit because they are aware you have somewhere else to be.
1 sign said 24 hr service. No response when I rang at 730am
Other sign said 8am to 9 service. I rang the bell and made multiple calls between 8:05 and 8:25am, with no response.
Its close-ish to Fort Novosel.
Chose the Super 8 instead.
Do not stay here.

Do not book this hotel. Like if you can avoid staying at this hotel in daleville you were doing yourself a gigantic favor. I would like to start off with saying that my girlfriend and I book this room in advance through Expedia with a certain discount on it. Whenever we came to the hotel. We were told that they would not honor the price through Expedia. Also with trying to get our refund back from Expedia. It shows that my girlfriend's account number does not show up in their refund system. It took several hours but we finally found someone who could actually help. Experian gave me a credit equal to the cost of my room that way we could book another room with easy and when the refund came in Experian took the money back. Back to the hotel it is older, very old but when i pulled up the first thing I noticed was that there was absolutely no one there except for three cars. The worker the owner and one person staying there. There is a $100 deposit on a two-star hotel in a city that has less than $15,000 people. Either they don't want to make money off of the hotel. Or they're using the hotel for other things. But just wanted to go with my two cents in to not ever ever book at this hotel.
