My experience with the service and staff is exceptionally great. I appreciate how knowledgeable Minnie is and trust that she knows what is good for my hair and how to get the best results whether it's balayage, baby highlights, or full color change, etc. She is beyond talented and highly skilled. I have always been pleased with the Kerastase products that she carries in the salon and enjoy the benefits that come with using their line especially since they cater to colored hair treatment. I noticed that the color stays true and rarely fades before my next appointment. The tools that she uses are top of the line (e.g. custom scissors and Dyson hair accessories). She is busy so I make sure to book my next appointment with her at check out. The interior is kept clean and organized. The location has plenty of parking nearby.

Blanca is amazing! I had not had a haircut in so long. The last one I had was a bad experience so I was apprehensive about trying this new place but I needed a haircut ... desperately! Blanca was great at listening to what I needed, she made great recommendations and showed me pictures of what she suggested. The whole washing and haircutting experience was pretty awesome, I felt confident in her ability and in the end I couldn't be happier with the service and plan on coming back when I need my next haircut.

I did not have a hair cut for four years. I scheduled an appointment with an additional scalp service. Mrs Nguyen suggested I not do the treatment and worked with me to understand what I thought I wanted for a hair cut. She made a couple suggestions and the cut turned out great. I also liked the scent of the Kerastase shampoo for men.

I do not recommend this Salon to anyone. I’ve been going to so money salons in my life and never experienced such unprofessional service in my life. The stylist was very rude and did not listen to what I wanted at the service and went ahead and did what she thought right. After 5 hours of the service waste of my time I told her that I was not happy and she did not even apologize for her action. She mentioned that she could try to fix it but she was unclear that I had only 2 weeks to come back. On top on that she charged me way too much and I was still nice and even tipped her. After a little over 2 weeks I had called the salon to schedule an appointment for her to fix my hair. She didn’t have the curtesy to talk to me and the salon owner did not care. They asked the clerk to tell me that they are not going to do my hair because it was more then 2 weeks. At the end of the day customers are always right and customers should be taken care of specially when they are charged so much. Very very unfair and extremely poor customer service 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

This place is a great salon. I get great customer service from everyone, not just my stylist. My stylist is superwoman! I appreciate her so much!
