Several days in advance, I made arrangements to rent tables and chairs for an event on Friday after Thanksgiving. They confirmed that they would be available. I showed up Friday morning with a borrowed vehicle to pick everything up, but the doors were locked and nobody was there. I called to find out what was happening and they told me that they were closed that day and had forgotten to tell me. Worst service I have experienced in a long, long time.

I had a wonderful experience doing business with VMR. I needed chairs on one ocassion and chairs and a speaker on another. They are a pleasure to work with and very friendly. Would definitelt recommend them for your party and decorating needs.

I have rented about 4 times I surely love it. They are very nice and Ramon when he says a time for the Jumper to be there he is there. Would recommend to anyone.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. Called 2 weeks in advanced to rent aome chairs for a party and come the day of my party would not let me rent the chairs. Horrible customer service!!
