One word: Perfect. As someone who suffers from severe anxiety, I can honestly say I have never felt more at-ease and confident than while working with the Wedgewood Weddings Redwood Canyon team -- they always had our backs, kept us on track, and made us feel taken care of. From the first venue visit, during the planning meetings, all the way until the rehearsal and wedding day, the professionalism, clear communication, planning resources, and organized approach made for a seamless experience.

We worked with Allison as our Wedding Planner and Coordinator and I firmly believe that she is one of the main reasons our wedding went as incredibly as it did. Redwood Canyon, provides a planning binder as soon as you sign that includes monthly checklists ahead of the wedding to help keep you organized in between planning meetings. It is also filled with valuable information about the wedding planning process, examples, vendor questions, and general guidelines. It helped us structure the planning process without losing the ability to truly personalize our event. Every meeting we had with the planning team was concise, direct, and organized -- it helped us stay on track throughout the process and gave us the opportunity to discuss ideas and ask for advice (which they are also more than happy to give via email). Super responsive and accommodating -- we were so impressed with how easy the process was. We also partnered with their recommended Bakery, DJ, and Florist as part of our vendor team, and the coordination between venue and vendors was absolutely seamless...by the time the week of the wedding rolled around all the main aspects were locked in and we knew the event was in good hands.

The wedding day itself was perfect. Allison served as our Day-Of-Coordinator, and together with Jacoby (co-coordinator), Liv (banquet captain), Liz (banquet captain), and rest of the team (cooks, servers, bartenders) we had the most incredible wedding. We arrived at the agreed-upon time on the day of the wedding, and from that moment onwards, the Redwood Canyon team took over to deliver the best experience. They were organized, calm, kept us well hydrated and fed, and kept everything on track for us all night. We were able to confidently hand off the reins -- we didn't have to think of anything all day other than having a good time and enjoying our day as much as possible, trusting that all the logistics were in good hands.

Overall, the venue itself was gorgeous. We had our ceremony in the Arbor Lawn, our Reception in the Grand Ballroom (we initially chose the venue primarily because of the dance floor), and rented out the Rose Room for the Cocktail Hour. Everything was included and beautifully decorated with all our desired personal touches, the food and drinks were delicious, and the planning and coordination services must be some of the best in the business. I can't imagine a more incredible experience than what we had and am so thankful for the Redwood Canyon team's care and professionalism -- especially Allison, who we were fortunate enough to work with from first meeting through the day-of. We had the absolute best experience with Redwood Canyon by Wedgewood. We got married here in November 2024, and every step of the process was seamless. As two people who aren't experts in planning, the planning team took care of all the preparations and the day of the event was perfect. Allison, our coordinator, was the best we could have ever asked for. She was so thorough, kind, friendly, and made sure everything went off without a hitch! She anticipated things we would have never thought of and we're so grateful for her. Our banquet captain Liv was also amazing, she was on top of everything, so sweet and kind, and was one step ahead of everything. Every vendor we worked with was so professional and amazing, from the cake to the flowers to the DJ, everything was wonderful. I can't recommend Redwood Canyon enough!

Redwood Canyon venue was magical! The greenery was beautiful for our colorful wedding party!

Allison was our coordinator and she was AMAZING! She was so so so helpful in the weeks leading up to and especially on the day of our wedding! She was SO prepared with anything we needed in her fanny pack! Allison has such a calming presence and took care of everything.

Liv was our event captain and helped us close out the night, she was so helpful and took care of everything with packing decor so we didn't have to worry about a thing!

The food at Redwood Canyon was SO good!! Our guests were raving about how incredible the buffet and prime rib was!

It really was the best of day and night of our lives and we owe it all to the staff at Redwood, especially Allison and Liv! Thank you for everything!

Photographed a wedding here back in March and it was overall a great experience! The onsite planners were professional and helpful to everyone in the wedding party! As a vendor- we notice these things! Food was great too!

This review is overdue, but I have to rave about this Wedgewood location! My husband and I got married here in April 2022 and Kat was our coordinator. The planning process was a breeze, the price can't be beat, and the location is BEAUTIFUL. My husband and I aren't local and they were so accommodating during the whole planning process. They only had about three months to plan everything and it came together beautifully!

I can't sing Kat's praises enough either - she is seriously the nicest person ever! She helped us from start to finish! I left my decorations with her the day before and she set up everything beautifully. Day of, I was a very nervous bride and she was so sweet and helpful. She kept checking in on me, helping to calm me down. I'm so thankful for her!

My husband and I both absolutely loved working with Wedgewood. In my opinion, this is the best wedding venue in the bay area! And the best planners, hands down!

We had our wedding at this location and I can't say enough about this professional team. They offered affordable prices and allowed us to customize the packages to meet our needs and budget. They collaborated with other experienced vendors. We didn't stress during the planning process and had complete trust in them. Knowing that it were a very busy season, they still did a great job.
We first met with Mari for a venue tour and an overview plan. She was calm and supper helpful. We trusted her and moved forward without hestitation. This place is in high demand, especially in September, so we booked iy ASAP.
The team had a clear and efficient process. Every process we worked with a different team member, and they all very understanding and made sure our needs were met.
Zayra was our day coordination, she was very fun to work with. She did an great job on making the wedding day went smoothly and all the decorations were beautifully placed.
Our guests had lots of fun and they enjoyed all the food and drinks there.

We had an absolutely AMAZING experience working with Mari and the rest of the team at Wedgewood! The experience from start to finish was well-organized, with great pacing of the meetings and information needed from us. They are partnered with excellent vendors who made our wedding day the absolute BEST day. Since they are all-inclusive, all the vendors had worked together before and so the process was as seamless and stress-free as is possible for a wedding. On the day of the wedding, Mari did a wonderful job remembering all the details that we had asked about in both our meetings and the extensive emails that we sent her in the months preceding (thanks Mari!!) We would definitely recommend the Elite package, especially if you have guests that love drinking. The outdoor ceremony venue was stunning and many of our guests told us how much they loved the food afterwards (especially the carving station). Mari was great about offering honest opinions and suggestions about the best food options, lighting, decor, table setup, etc. when we asked. Our only suggestion to the venue would be to have the option for a second bartender, as our guests were heavier drinkers and would have benefitted from this.

Overall, we have no regrets that we got married here and would highly recommend this to any of our friends/family!
