Room had strong smell but we just aired it out. Customer service was awesome. Hotel was quiet. Rooms were clean, comfortable and affordable. Convenient location. Easy check in and check out. Lobby offered complimentary waters and snacks as well as breakfast items in the Morning. Overall good experience only took a star off for the strong aroma in our room but it was manageable.

I wrote the review about the room smelling. I Thought I should clarify It smelled like cleaner or strong air freshener. MY mom said it smelled like stale cigarettes . I didn't get that smell but possibly they were trying to clean out nasty cigarettes smell. We didn't complain because my mom hurt her foot and had to wear a boot and they were kind enough to give us a room as close as they could considering our very late reservation which was kind and I appreciated greatly. It's not their fault people break the rules and I believe they were trying to make it comfortable. If I had complained they most likely would have let us change our room because the staff was super pleasant and helpful. However, our rooms' convenient location outweighed the smell and we were able to manage fine by airing it out.

If you have a game system, this place is not for you. The hotel has an outdated, small TV with no way to change inputs. The room is old, but clean enough. Air Conditioning loud. Really, the other cheap hotels at the same price are better because they at least have decent TVs. And that rating is a lie. This a 3.4 tops.

We stayed in this hotel for house repairs, we just need a place to sleep close to our normal routine, hotel is ok for the price. However after a month a get charged $209 dollars twice and when I contacted them the guy was rude and hang up on me. I contacted my bank to file a report of a fraud, beware of fraud. I made the reservation in person and not to a third party they are the only ones with my card information.

Very dirty. Cigarette burns on bed comforter. Stains on pillow cases. Brown splatter on wall near toilet. Hair on towels. It’s one thing for a cheap hotel to be outdated but this one is outdated and disgusting. Don’t stay here.

Loved the size and setup of the rooms. We stayed in the “suite”. 2 bedrooms, frontroom with huge couch, big closet and 1 1/2 bathrooms. Little fridge was really cold, we didn’t try the microwave |Hated NO shampoo and only one soap for 3 adults. How do you have one teeny tiny little bar of soap for 2 bathrooms? I was shocked by no shampoo, had I known to bring some it wouldn’t have been a big deal

Stayed here for 3 nights and I would recommend it if you are on a budget.

From first look, the room looked Very old it didn’t look like a remodeled hotel. It looked like it used to be full of crackheads. Breakfast was basic, just cereal and granola bars. I think the thing that sucked the most out of this location is the service they provide the cleaning ladies Are very rude they judge you and They only want men who flirt with them to stay there. If you’re not the guy that flirts with the cleanin lady’s they’re gonna recommend you don’t Stay there again . They are going to Lie & say u smoked in the room, even when you clearly don’t. Just because they see you smoking outside the cleaning ladies are very shady . The absolute worst of all was the Indian lady in the front every day. She would sit there and be mad that I would Extend my stay and I just felt like she didn’t like me for no reason very rude. Very dumb. I do not recommend this place to. Nobody do not waste your money here they won’t give you back the deposit.
