The hotel is going through some very nice renovations so close to your room parking maybe scarce. The front desk lady was welcoming but I had a first floor room that had a sliding door out to the courtyard. I found it very strange that the door was unlocked and the room unsecured. Other than that my stay was very good

This was probably the worst experience I’ve had staying in a hotel yet. Honestly I see why they are so vacant and get barely any service, they have been working on the construction there for over a year, the staff are horrible people they communicate weird, with attitude, and using description. Then once feeling uncomfortable and asking for a refund just 1 hour and a half after checking in mind you never went in the room and touched a bed it was literally 3 items in my room. After taking my kids to the park get a clear mind after being called on my personal phone and being told housekeepers reported multiple people going up to my room. I decided I didn’t want my family dealing with anything worse, check in was at 3PM I asked for a refund at 430PM and was told I was getting charged for a room regardless if I was staying or not and could get the next day and deposit back only. General Manager made sure to tell me it literally over and over like 7 times as if I couldn’t understand it or didn’t speak English as my main language. Then he told me I had to show an ID for anyone staying in the room which I never heard before as he reiterated the room being charged again regardless and asking me what I wanted to do. He then snarled telling me if you don’t like it you just can call corporate as if he gave this notion to someone before knowing it will go nowhere. I just don’t think it’s ok to discriminate, demean, and communicate to others that way as if you’re above another when my experience and the hotel literally speak for they self it’s not a good location feel bad for anyone having to stay there permanently or that does in the future. Not to mention the rooms barely be cleaned by maids always on they phone and my room had mold in it while 2 of my kids are actually allergic to it yet I couldn’t be refunded.

Wow what a great shower. I judge hotel's and by their shower. 1 out of 10. This was a 20!! Great welcome when we checked in. And breakfast included. Can't go wrong with this property.
Update: the remodel is almost done. I can't wait to see the new lobby. Check this place out

Staff is amazing! From security to front desk, housekeeping, etc! The manager is very attentive and treats everyone there as family and makes sure your needs are met at the hotel! The rooms are always cleaned and kept clean! Very kid friendly! There’s complimentary breakfast every day and the food is good and various! I’ve been staying here weekly for the last month and travel with my husband and our 1 yr old.

Good location with easy access to freeway and lots of food choices close by with a reasonable rate on the hotel which includes breakfast from 6-9 each day. Staff is friendly and helpful too. Access from A Street was quick to 880 from and to the hotel.

The rooms are always clean. I always ask for the back of hotel on third floor. Always quiet. The staff are helpful and waiting to check you in. Love the breakfast too. I went down at 7 and the breakfast was already, potato’s, eggs, bacon, bagels, cereal etc. and of course coffee! Always stay here while in town. Remodeling the front so it is awful looking when you pull up. Don’t worry the inside is very nice.

So much better than other La Quintas that we have stayed at! Everything has been updated beautifully. Friendly helpful staff. Even the breakfast was better! All kinds of restaurant options nearby. A lovely Park nearby for your kids. We were so pleasantly surprised!

Great place to stay friendly staff great locations. close to restaurants. | I would definitely stay here again in the future. Rooms are large with plenty of space.... very clean from lobby to hallways to your room. I will finish by saying their breakfast is by far the best it puts most free breakfast with other hotels to shame. Thank you.
