I had a great massage. However, it's a bit pricey and not the cleanest. When I was shown the locker room...there was a dirty bandaid on the floor that no one bothered to pick up. There were several workers who saw it too. There was also hair stuck to the shower wall and some showers didn't have a door....just a divider. This place can do better given that the spa services are so pricey. I live in NC and they're cleaner, with a complimentary drink, and half the cost ($125)

The Massage and Customer service was very good. Unfortunately the facilities need to be upgraded. For the amounts of money your Paying the rooms for the massage are a bit outdated. Other then that it's awesome that you get to enjoy the whole facilities such as Gym, pool, sauna, Steam room and classes they offer. So if your looking to get a lot more for your Buck. Get their early and enjoy what they offer for more then just the few hours of the massage

Very disappointed. We were staying at the AIRBNB at the resort. The spa charged my husband 100$ so I could use the treadmill. He kindly paid it without me knowing bc I had already walked into the gym. Very disappointed with the spa and their unwillingness to accommodate.

I love leaving positive reviews and rarely leave a negative one, but this experience was so incredibly disappointing and I wish I had known before I booked these treatments. I hope this helps others when deciding where to book your spa treatments.
I booked the mens Just for Him package for my husband, and the High-Tech massage and Hydrafacial for myself. The Hydrafacial was great - but it was the only good treatment received. The masseuse I had, dug her nails into my neck and created more tension in my back then I had when I went in. I tried communicating with her 3 times during the massage and she did not alter her methods. The hot tub in the womens area was dirty. My husband did not get everything the Just for Him treatment included and the pedicure he had left him covered in oil. To top it off, when checking out, the front desk did not ask how any of the treatments were and they automatically included a gratuity without my consent. I have tried 6 of the other options in Napa County and would recommend any of the other options over this one.
