Always pleasant unless you're facing the freeway then pack some earplugs. Occasional burnouts at the grocery outlet next door so free entertainment. beds are cozy, showers are amazing, pools nice every worker is polite. just the level of homeless and noise really drags the score

The entire grounds are unwelcoming from the get go. Upon arrival, the front desk lady took my card and ID, and disappeared for 15 minutes. She finally returned and gave me my room key. As we walked to the room, we saw trash everywhere and were harassed by several people in the vicinity. When we got to the room (4pm) we found it to not be clean. There was food in the ground, trash strewn about and beds upturned. We went to the front desk again and informed the manager of the state of the room was unacceptable. He told us “we don’t usually rent this type of room out to just anyone. Give us 10 minutes to clean it up.” 35 minutes later we were back in our room. We were met without towels, toilet paper, or a trash can. A further inspection of the room showed graffiti on the walls, holes in the walls, cockroaches on the floor and some other form of bug flying around the room. At this point, we were done so we went back to let the front desk know we were out, but not before we saw dead rats in the lot. The best part is we couldn’t get to the front counter as someone was blocking the entrance…doing a drug deal. Please, avoid this place. We would have been better off throwing $100 away in the trash and sleeping in our car. Which is what we ultimately did.

I am a head housekeeper for a hotel in Nevada. Believe me when I say. This hotel is disgusting. I do not recommend staying here. All the reviews before this one is all correct. There is cockroaches. Let me tell you I took a bite out of my pizza my fiance told me no spit it out the box was filled with roaches. Our blankets we got one sheet one dirty sheet and the too blanket was disgusting and stained. Not clean. The tables nothing in this room was cleaned upon check-in. People are breaking into Cars in the middle of the night. My fiance called the cops 3 times they never came. Pool is freezing not heated. Listen to me when I tell you. Go somewhere else for the love of God just don't stay here your car would be a whole lot better than this place. Just don't. You'll thank me later I promise

I overlooked the missing light bulb, missing slats in blinds by the door, no phone or radio for emergencies, and the reason for no remote was because the tv was broken..yet the spots on the bathroom floor weren't spots at all; they moved when kicked, but these cockroaches were dead at least. When I looked up from reading my book to see three cockroaches surrounding the bed it was time to check out. Only had room card-key for 5 hours and in the room thankfully only 3 of those 5. After reading for the first time other reviews, I'm glad I didn't leave my truck out in the lot by the street. Apparently it was safer to drive 3hours home at 11pm in the pouring rain than risk the burglars outside or the bugs inside.

I'll start off by saying this motel is in a great location, across the street from nations, and just a block or 2 from a few smoke shops, gas stations, fast food restaurants. The service here is average, they make sure you have plenty of towels and washcloths every morning.
Now for the not so good. All the bedding here sucks. Cigarette holes in all the comforters. The bedding may be clean, but a lot of it is permanently stained so you may want to bring your own. Rooms are decent. Flat screen TVs and mini fridges in every one. Plenty of outlets for your devices, wifi leaves a lot to be desired, I used my mobile network. Much more dependable and faster, big bathrooms with hot water and ok water pressure. Room rates are ok. $99 with a $100 deposit. But stay on them about getting your deposit back, or you won't.

They don’t even deserve the one star.
I was in my room 10 whole minutes to discover blood and hair on the bed comforter and sheets. Stains on the rest of the covers on the beds. I was too repulsed by 2 of the 4 beds to peel back the comforters and pillows on the rest of them. Disgusting toilets. The room smelt awful. There was no care to clean these rooms between guests and it showed. When I demanded a refund the clerk tried to tell me I couldn’t have one. Insisted I waited for housekeeping to go clean these rooms that should’ve already been cleaned by them.. after a long day and a long drive when I paid for rooms that should at the very least be clean upon arrival. It’s a very sketch neighborhood, so if you aren’t comfortable with that don’t stay here. Watched too many happenings in such a short amount of time. Parking? that’s a joke. Clerk had us park in the fire lane smh. Just find somewhere else honestly. This place is awful. I never do reviews, but the whole experience was ridiculous and upsetting to say the least.
