We made last minute reservations, a few days ahead, for the Alabama-Georgia game. Honestly, it was the best price, so we that’s why we booked it. From the varied reviews, we didn’t know what to expect.?

We got to the hotel after midnight. We were pleasantly surprised! There was nothing alarming about the area, the employees were very pleasant, and the hotel and our room were clean. We slept like babies!

We are not a breakfast people, so I can’t speak on that.

When we were leaving, an employee was in the parking lot picking up trash. It appears they really care about the property.

We would definitely stay again!

I write reviews on hotels I’ve stayed at as a future reminder to stay there again.

They worked with me on an accommodation when I needed somewhere to stay quick after deciding to rest instead of travel home. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. I’m from Memphis and I would consider this a hotel that I don’t have to worry about the safety of my car. The parking lot is well lit at night. Better than most I’ve stayed at.

I'm first going to say that all those other reviews that criticized the neighborhood are crazy. Is the hotel located in an some picturesque oasis, no. Is it the dangerous hellscape they described, also no. I walked all over and met random people who lived and worked here and they were all incredibly friendly. I never felt even the slightest bit uncomfortable. So, maybe those folks were some rather uptighty-whities. This is coming from a guy who's so white and pale, I'm nearly see through.||The hotel itself was fine. The rooms were had were clean. Everything worked as it should. The staff was super friendly. What more can you ask for in a budget hotel?||Ok, I did have one complaint. The water pressure could be a lot stronger. However, the water was hot and I lived. Guess it's not much of a complaint after all.

I read a few reviews and decided that this hotel would be the best choice for me near the airport. If you plan on just staying in the hotel, this is an excellent choice. The hotel was spotless. The service was great. The room was crispy cold and the shower was toasty hot. The room was spotless. I would not recommend cruising around the neighborhood but if you plan on just staying in the hotel this is an excellent choice. Everybody was friendly in the service was great. Breakfast was good and the waffles was great

We had an absolutely amazing time at Comfort Inn. The rooms were spacious and spotless. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Thank you Mr. Leon!!! After me and my husband decided to check back in to stay another night. Mr. Leon upgraded our room to a suit. He went out of his way to ensure that we were comfortable. Thank you Ms V. She was very nice and welcoming.

Fantastic hotel with a great breakfast. The hotel was very clean & the staff was very nice & polite. Check-in was quick & easy. The hotel felt safe & there was a security guard that was always on duty. It's located close enough to downtown that it's fast getting to all the attractions. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. There's waffles, eggs, two kinds of sausage, cereal, juice, milk, yogurt, coffee & pastries. We really enjoyed staying here & any time we need to stay in Birmingham, we will return to this hotel.

Okay but the employee that I talked to on the phone was not very customer friendly. I called and asked about an early check in since I was arriving around 1:30 and She got snotty and said Your check in time is at 3:00. Well I knew that and what I asked was could I possibly get checked in earlier and considering I am a Diamond Member with over a Million points it should have been a piece of cake. However She was flexing so I just passed Her by and went on to Pelham and came back. A minor inconvenience but She was oh so nice when I was checking in. My Next stay will be at the complex because I don't have to help You pay Your rent.

Love this hotel never have any problems I’ve spent thousands of dollars at this hotel alone overtime but Patricia on night shift absolutely sucks and take her job way too serious. Never have a problem with anyone else at night but her !
