Gorgeous stay! So special to hear the lions while you sleep, hang out by the bonfire by the tiger enclosure, and wade in the pool while observing the emus! The staff was so helpful and anticipated every need! The house is cozy and welcoming with very fun decor. It was great to be able to walk the grounds at night and hang out with Eddie the Jaguar. Thank you again!

A perfect meeting of a romantic, private getaway and supporting the protection and care of animals. Lions, Tigers & Bears is already one of the best sanctuaries you could visit. Great location, very nice and knowledgeable staff, and of course amazing animals that are being greatly cared for.||||The chance to stay at such a place is an opportunity that no one should pass up. You can drive right up to the house with easy parking. Very kind staff members showed us to the suite and gave a great rundown of amenities (a grand grill, fire pit, hot tub, and pool with a waterfall outside, and inside a fireplace, and a complimentary bottle of wine just to mention a few). The two-bedroom stay is wildlife-themed with lots of fun decor to discover. The bedroom has every pillow option possible and warm blankets you'll want to ask where they got them. ||||The sanctuary closes to the public around 4 pm, so you get to walk around to experience a quiet and gorgeous sunset (a must) and after dark use the complimentary lantern to explore the place after dark (perfect view of the moon, stars and get to hear lots of night roars). Pick one of their multiple coffee options and enjoy a cup just outside the door and view two lovely tigers playing in an enclosure right beside the suite. ||||It's hard to fully describe the serene, romantic, and soul-enriching experience that is staying in a sanctuary filled with such gorgeous and great animals that are being passionately taken care of. And the best part of all of it? The money goes towards making that care even better for current and future wildlife occupants. ||||Escape the city, forget the hotels, and skip the amusement parks. Stay somewhere with a purpose like White Oak. We are already planning our next visit.

Second stay at Wild Oak (and always Wild Nights). I hope to be a frequent overnighter here, as it is THE BEST!!! My friend was overwhelmed/fascinated/giddy with happiness/grateful/educated/treated!|El was excited to meet Jack, the donkey. He snubbed her. She fell in love with Eddie...Oh, really? A stay here for a night is fabulous, but a couple of nights would be a dream come true!!! Walking around early in the morning is pure magic!!! Thank you to all the staff, volunteers and animals who made our less than 24 hours a time we will cherish forever!!!

This is a wonderful romantic getaway. The Cottage has a living/dining area with fireplace, small kitchen, 2-bedrooms and 1-bath, 3-flat screen TVs with DVDs, pantry with all necessary pots & pans and utensils. There is a deck, BBQ, and fire pit. The wine cooler is well stocked, as is the refrigerator (soda, water, butter, milk, etc.), along with gourmet coffee, tea, and chocolate. After expenses for maintenance and the cost of items used are covered, the balance of the rental cost is donated to Lions, Tigers & Bears. The stars are unbelievably bright. You can listen to the owls hoot, and the lions/tigers roar. Talk to Bobbie Brink about feeding the cats - you will never forget the experience.
