I had a man come into my store and offer their service to us, at a lesser price per bag. I tried it this season it lasted till our first good weekend. Driver stopped in on a Friday afternoon and I am busy with other things at the time, not to mention customers parked in front of it, or training a new employee. I tell him we are still almost full from two days prior. I asked him if they ran ice on Monday as it is Memorial day. I then asked him if they could come back on Tuesday. He didn't know, said to call in. So i do call that afternoon, again Saturday twice. Every time getting an answering machine... Not a good sign to say the Least... Then Monday I call, machine, Tuesday twice, machine, then again surprise got an answer I ask for delivery we are getting low, If we cant TODAY meaning Tuesday we will have to switch back to a company who can provide service. Curtis told me they would try, another bad sign.... Wednesday I am out of ice so I call again! I talk to Mike, tell him if I cant get ice TODAY I will call Coastal Ice to switch back. We had them for the past seven years. Was so dumb to try and save a few pennies with this company. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! If you are thinking of trying this company for service, STOP! THERE ISN'T MUCH SERVICE. He raised his voice over mine to tell me GO AHEAD AND CALL COASTAL ICE!!! I guess that's the customer service that they provide. I know I wouldn't recommend them to an enemy. The last thing he said is that he is sending someone to their boxes. I say good riddance!
Still to this day nobody from this company bothered to follow up with me, or make good on a bad situation caused by a employee with a bad attitude calling himself the owner. DONT call this place. Call anywhere else! They are RUDE and WRONG!!

Been sitting in my car for 20 min unable to back up cause the guy literally parked his truck behind me and 5 cars. None of us can back up. We are at the marina amd cannot do a thing but back up. He seems to be moving as slow as a turtle loaded the ice. I got to go!!!!
