We hosted our baby shower at this venue and it was a fantastic experience. Tina was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, making everything run smoothly. The space is beautiful and worked perfectly for our 100 guests. My only small piece of feedback is that some of the round tables could use a little updating, as a few had slightly loose legs. Other than that, I highly recommend this venue—especially if you’re looking for a place that allows you to bring your own decor and food. 10/10!

I had my 30th birthday party here and it was amazing. When we got there all we had to do was arrange the room all of the tables and chairs were sturdy. The lighting was perfect and customizable which was great because I was on a shoe string budget but was still able to get the look I wanted. Communication was easy and quick. I only wish we had been able to use the kitchen more but when we got there the warmers were broken which I’m sure they will fix as it seemed like it just happened. I wish I got more pictures but I was honestly having too good of a time. Highly recommend of your a diy person with a small/medium budget!

Started off very cold. That's the only thing they could use is an adjustment on the heat in the fall/winter months. But otherwise with proper decorations it can be a Gorgeous event space‼️

Based on the reviews, I expected to receive top-tier professionalism and a wonderful experience. I was wrong!

If you're dealing with Jackson, I feel sorry for you because he offered the worst service imaginable. I called the number listed on Google to arrange a booking for the venue. Jackson told me he could hold my date until I submitted my full deposit, and although I said he didn’t need to do that, he insisted. I thought, okay, that's fine.

When I called him to arrange the deposit and set up a walkthrough, he never answered. Eventually, I managed to reach him, but that’s when I should have walked away. During our call, I explained that I had been trying to get in touch to set things up, and Jackson's response was entirely unacceptable. He started by saying, "You people think I work for you." Excuse me?!

Then he had someone send me a contract with an expiring link. I requested that it be sent again in a regular format, but my request was ignored. It wasn't until I asked for my $1,100 refund that he finally agreed to a phone conversation.

When I asked him about the refund, I received four different responses:

1. "Do we have a signed contract?" No, because the contract was never sent in a usable format.
2. "We have to wait until someone else books the date before I can refund you." That's not true; as a business owner, he should have a process for situations like this.
3. "It will take 21 days since the money was sent via Zelle." Another lie; Zelle is supposed to be an instant money transfer service.
4. "I will refund your money by Monday (2/24) before the end of the business day." This was yet another lie, as I didn’t receive my money back until 11:59 PM.

This level of service is unacceptable! I encourage everyone to do their research on this venue and the owner, Jackson, before making a booking. I wanted to have the wonderful experience that so many others talked about, but instead, I encountered unprofessionalism and a sense of being scammed while he tried to withhold my money. Thankfully, I found a fantastic venue with excellent business etiquette.

The Event Space is decent. The communication is unprofessional. I really wish business owners would take customer service serious. It’s because of clients you’re able to survive, always put experience at the forefront. I would not recommend this place to anyone because of the poor customer service.

Great space for an event. I attended a baby shower here and the set up was beautiful. Venue is large and new. There was plenty of street parking available. I would consider booking this location for future events, especially since it’s so close to the train station where guests can take the train.

Awesome location if you’re looking to decorate your own venue Bluetooth speakers sound amazing as well. Was the perfect place for my sister’s 50th birthday party will definitely use this place again.

I am fresh off of a 50th birthday party that was help at this venue, to say the event was a hit doesn't do it any justice. On a scale from 1 to 10 this place is a solid 20. I was tasked with planning a last minute 50th bday celebration and after about 50 calls looking for Venues I landed on The Grand Loft. I called and a true Gem named TINA picked up.the phone and from there the rest was history Tina was so ACCOMMODATING from Start to finish she made a super stressful time more manageable. The venue itself was Awesome all of our guests LOVED the space and are ready to book it for their events. If you need great space for your next event hop on the phone and give Tina a call it's the The Grand Loft in Elizabeth NJ FOR THE WIN!!!
