Relaxing experience - had a facial and massage at my visit. Great facilities (hot tub, steam, sauna), and my favourite - the quiet room for relaxing after that had regular lounge beds and a warm waterbed option. Divine!! Such a relaxing experience with great, professional staff. Highly recommend!

This was a special weekend treat and turned out to be a fantastic experience. My husband enjoyed his de-stressing head, back, neck massage following by a sauna and hot tub. And my radiant facial treatment was incredibly relaxing and much needed. No pictures except for this one to say thank you for the pretty, traditionally themed pen at the end of our service!

I am rating just on facilities l, as I did not get a treatment. I travel to spas often and plan to spend all day. The facility area is very, very tiny with a whirlpool half l-blocked with a disability chair, sauna, and steam room. There is 1, only 1, relaxation chair. No tea, only water. It is clean though. Ample bathrooms and showers, with amenities. My biggest complaint, which usually is my biggest complaint, is lack of spa etiquette and lack of enforcement. It was loud. Very loud. No indoor voices used. One particularly obnoxious woman was screaming. The spa is not for extroverts to get their social on. It is for introvert who just want you to shut up. For once. The vibe is set though as the workers give their facility tours at full volume and no one tells anyone to please stop talking, or to whisper. If you must talk, for everyone else, whisper. I debated a treatment, but at almost $400 for a 90 minute massage, I’m glad I did not as the rest was disappointing. I’ll hit the korean spa tomorrow.

Had a fantastic experience as a guest of the attached hotel. Anne was very friendly and helpful in finding an appointment for me on short notice going above and beyond!
Upon arrival you’re shown into the facilities shared with the fitness club including fully-stocked showers, lockers, dry & wet steam rooms and hot tub all of which are very clean and well maintained.
My masseuse Celeste listened carefully to my needs and adjusted accordingly. I left extremely rejuvenated with one of the most well-targeted massages I’ve ever had.
Overall a great experience I highly recommend.
